Council information letter Kantorenbrief SGE

Late last year, the "Programming new work locations 2021" in the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) was adopted. Office locations were not included in this programming. The last regional agreements regarding office programming date from 2013. It is desirable, given the developments in the office market, to make up-to-date agreements on office locations in a regional context.

The college has decided to ratify the regional agreements on the office market in the Stedelijk Gebied Eindhoven and informs the council about this via a council information letter.

Decision on objection

On September 15, 2022, a notice of objection was received challenging the withdrawal and recovery decision of September 2, 2020, which decided to withdraw the assistance granted by decision of October 28, 1994, effective November 5, 2021, and to recover the assistance granted for the period November 5, 2021, through May 31, 2022, for violation of the obligation to provide information.

The College decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.

Decision on objection

On August 17, 2022, a notice of objection was received directed against the August 9, 2022 decision suspending the right to assistance as of July 1, 2022.

In accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, the College decided to declare the objection inadmissible and uphold the contested decision. The request for procedural costs is denied.

Lease agreement accommodating Ukrainians Women's Creek

For the reception of Ukrainian refugees in Nuenen, the reception location on the Vrouwkensakker is being used. In order to continue using the reception location in 2023, a rental agreement must be concluded with Helpt Elkander (the owner of the property).

The college approved entering into a lease agreement with Helpt Elkander for the use of the reception site on the Vrouwkensakker for the housing of Ukrainian refugees in 2023.

Amend grant ordinance encouraging stormwater disconnection

The evaluation of the current ordinance shows that it is desirable to modify and expand it. In particular, this involves expansion to include subsidies for green roofs, more opportunities for homeowners and opportunities for disconnecting larger roof areas (especially for businesses).

The council proposal "Amendment of Grant Ordinance to Encourage Disconnection of Stormwater" is presented to the council for decision.

Written Questions List Pijs Housing of caravan dwellers

Lijst Pijs asked written questions regarding the housing of caravan dwellers. By means of a letter the questions of Lijst Pijs will be answered.

The college agreed to answer the written questions of List Pijs.

Mandate Register Service Dommelvallei 2023

Joint arrangement (GR) Dienst Dommelvallei performs tasks on behalf of the municipality in the areas of finance, internal control, personnel and organization, computerization and automation, service provision and social affairs. In order to perform these tasks, the director, department heads and employees of Dienst Dommelvallei are granted a mandate. The mandate register established by resolution of April 7, 2020 is in need of updating.

The college decided to grant the director, department heads and employees of Service Dommelvallei the mandates as indicated in the Mandate Register Service Dommelvallei 2023 and adopted the Mandate Register Service Dommelvallei 2023.

The college agreed to revoke the mandate register dated April 7, 2020.
 

Proposal tax department corporate tax Nuenen

Since 2016, municipalities have been subject to corporate income tax, which mainly affects land operations. There have been frequent consultations with the tax authorities about the method of calculation of Nuenen's land operations due to the complex situation Nuenen-West. This proposal concerns the latest offer from the tax authorities.

The college agreed to the proposal from the tax department on the assumptions for determining the Vpb charge with respect to Nuenen-West.

Regional Policy on Human Trafficking

In the national Intergovernmental Program 2018-2022, it has been agreed that by 2022, all municipalities in the Netherlands will have policies in place to safeguard the approach to human trafficking. In order to give substance to this, the 'Policy Plan for tackling human trafficking and exploitation' was drawn up for the East Brabant region in 2020. In addition to the policy plan, the Implementation memorandum Human Trafficking Nuenen has been drawn up. This memorandum describes the frameworks that form the basis for the local approach to human trafficking. Based on these frameworks, the approach to human trafficking is secured locally.

The college decided to adopt the "Policy plan for dealing with human trafficking and exploitation" and the Implementation Memorandum on Human Trafficking Nuenen c.a.; The college agreed to the Care table Covenant the exchange of personal data in case consultations to organize the Health and shelter of victims of human trafficking in the East Brabant region and to the privacy protocol associated with the Covenant.
The college approved the decision to structurally provide police data under Article 20 of the Police Data Act in the context of the Care Table East Brabant Region Victims of Human Trafficking 18-/18+.

Council proposal additional investment MFA Gerwen

Since the December 2021 council proposal, construction costs have increased significantly due to inflation and other factors. To absorb these additional costs, savings have been made, within the design team, solutions have been found through the use of volunteers and financial coverage has been found for the capital costs of the additional investment.

The Council proposal "Additional investment MFA Gerwen" is presented to the council for decision.
