Housing ordinance municipality of Nuenen c.a. 2025-2029
In early 2024, the council adopted the regional "Housing Ordinance Municipality of Nuenen c.a. 2024-2027. This because the housing ordinance in force at that time expired by operation of law as of January 1, 2024. In terms of content, the new Housing Ordinance was unchanged from the previous Housing Ordinance. However, the SGE municipalities, housing corporations and other parties involved still wanted to adjust the content of the regional housing ordinance. These adjustments have now been incorporated into the Housing Ordinance Municipality of Nuenen c.a., 2025-2029.
The council proposal Housing Ordinance Municipality of Nuenen c.a. 2025-2029 is submitted to the council for decision.
The college has adopted the mandate regulation "Implementation of Housing Ordinance Municipality of Nuenen 2025-2029" and associated mandate list and the rules of procedure Urgentiecommissie Stedelijk Gebied Eindhoven 2025-2029.
Pupil transport contract Werotax
Cab company Van de Zanden has very suddenly stopped their business and thus the pupil transport for the municipality of Nuenen. Werotax has been found willing to provide pupil transportation. For this we have to enter into a contract with Werotax. However, Werotax does not come up with the old rate for which Van de Zanden drove. We therefore propose an increase in the rate.
The college decided to adopt the procurement strategy for pupil transport and award the contract to Werotax. The contract will be signed by the mayor.
Move or remove waste and residue containers Hongerman
