New packaging waste collection agreements

VNG wants to make new agreements with Verpact (representative of all companies putting products with packaging on the market) on the collection of packaging waste. This is why VNG has terminated the current chain agreement with Verpact. The VNG advises municipalities to cancel their own participant agreement as well.

The college decided to cancel the participant agreement with Verpact by signing the termination letter.

Program budget 2025 and multi-year estimate 2026-2028

Each year, the college presents the council with a draft budget for the coming year and a multi-year forecast for the following three years. The budget lists all
tasks and activities the municipality will perform and the amounts the council will make available for them. The council proposal Program Budget 2025 and multi-year estimate 2026-2028 is submitted to the council for decision.

The college decided to agree with the classification of investments into "investments to be made immediately available" and "investments to be submitted to the council".

New decision on objection request for enforcement of care home at crossroads 6

Following the ruling of the court, the college has made a new decision regarding an informal care home at Kruisakker 6 in Nuenen.

The college has decided to declare the objection admissible and well-founded. Therefore, an order under penalty is imposed for the presence and occupation of a temporary care home on the parcel Kruisakker 6.
