Decision on objection withdrawal of business residence Station Road 6

An objection has been lodged against the decision to partially revoke the permit granted for the rebuilding of a company residence on the Stationsweg 6 property. The Objections Advisory Committee has recommended that the objection be declared admissible and unfounded. It also recommended that the decision to revoke the permit dated August 8, 2023 be upheld and that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected.

The college decided to declare the objection admissible in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee and to declare the objections unfounded in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee.
The college has decided to uphold the revocation decision of August 8, 2023 and to reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs.
