Ordinance on Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality Nuenen c.a. 2025
It is necessary to include in the ordinance for the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality some clarifications regarding the power of appointment of members and alternates and their compensation. Therefore, the college has decided to submit the 2023 ordinance as amended to the council for decision. In addition, it is submitting the formal (re)appointment of some members to the council.
The college decided to submit the "Regulation on the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality Nuenen ca., 2025" to the council for decision. The college agreed to nominate the sitting members to the council for formal appointment for the second retroactive term.
Recovery decision zoning plan Eeneind 2018
On June 25, 2025, the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State (the Division) issued an interlocutory ruling on the "Eeneid 2018" zoning plan. The Division ordered the City Council to correct three defects and issue a remedial decision.
The council proposal "Zoning Restoration Order Eeneind 2018" is presented to the council for decision.
Biodiversity plan 2025-2035 Municipality of Nuenen
Biodiversity in the Netherlands is declining significantly. The coalition agreement 2022-2026 stipulates that Nuenen wants to work on this. Nuenen's Environmental Vision also emphasizes a green living environment with biodiversity as its value. The Biodiversity Plan contains measures to restore and strengthen the biodiversity present in the next ten years and combines current efforts.
The council proposal "Biodiversity Plan 2025-2035" is presented to the council for decision.
Decision on objection construction of roadway
The objector objected to the decision denying the application for the installation of a driveway.
In accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, the College decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded, to uphold the contested decision and to reject the request for reimbursement of procedural costs.
The objector will be informed by letter.
Decision on objection traffic decision
Two objections were received against the May 15, 2025 decision to designate parking spaces for charging electric cars. The Objections Committee recommends that the objections be declared admissible and unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.
The college decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee and with additional reasons, to declare the objections admissible and unfounded and uphold the contested decision of May 15, 2025
