Answer written questions charging pole challenge

In accordance with Article 46 of the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Nuenen c.a., W70 submits written questions to the College of B&W. The college is obliged to answer the questions within 30 days. The questions relate to the 'charging pole challenge'.

The college decided to answer W70's written questions by letter.

Objection Station Road 4b

A notice of objection has been lodged against the environmental permit granted on April 21, 2022 for the expansion of a workshop/hobby room at Stationsweg 4B in Nuenen. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be upheld. Furthermore, a notice of default for failure to make a timely decision has been filed.

The college decided, adopting the opinion of the Objections Committee, to declare the submitted objection well-founded. The environmental permit for the expansion of a workshop/hobby room is revoked and instead refused. The request for procedural costs in the amount of € 1,082.00 is granted. Forfeited penalties are awarded pursuant to the notice of default.

Appointment and compensation of members of municipal advisory committee on environmental quality

In anticipation of the commencement of the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality on July 1, 2023, the college is requested to extend the term of appointment for one of the members and to adjust the compensation of the members and village master.

The college decided to set the appointment term of Martien van Osch as member landscape architect of the Spatial Quality Team (TRK) at 4 years based on the current date of appointment namely October 22, 2019. A remuneration of € 84.00 per meeting hour and a travel allowance of € 0.37 per kilometer and public transport costs to be reimbursed in full as of January 1, 2023 is set for the members and village architect.

Objection

An appeal had been filed against decisions dated Nov. 5, 2021, to grant general assistance in part and April 13, 2022, to revoke and recover assistance granted as of the effective date of benefits Aug. 1, 2021.

The College decided, in accordance with the opinion of the Objections Committee, to declare the objections unfounded. The contested decisions of November 5, 2021 and April 13, 2022 are upheld.

Decision on complaint

On March 15, 2022, the college received a complaint, which concerns the college's conduct regarding the redevelopment Emmaastraat. It is alleged that the college failed to respond in a timely manner to a letter dated Feb. 2, 2022, and did not allow local residents of Emma Street to participate in the redevelopment of the former elementary school plot on Emma Street.

The College decided to declare the complaint admissible and, contrary to the opinion of the Complaints Committee, unfounded.
