Nature and landscape cooperation within Dommel Valley
Within the Eindhoven Urban Area, the Dommelvallei municipalities (Son en Breugel, Nuenen and Geldrop-Mierlo) have a joint task to shape the green task. In order to specify this, the regional policy vision has been drawn up. This contains both the joint and separate green projects.
The college decided to adopt the regional policy vision "The Green Dommel Valley, that's us and we'll stay that way". The Council Information Letter on the regional policy vision is adopted and sent to the City Council.
Reporting BAG, BGT and BRO 2021
The municipality is legally obliged to complete an annual self-audit for the Basic Administration of Buildings (BAG), Basic Administration of Large-scale Topography (BGT) and Basic Registration of Subsoil (BRO). The 2021 self-audits were conducted and tested by the Uniform Standards Single Information Audit (ENSIA) authority. From this, one accountability report for BAG, BGT and BRO was prepared jointly.
The college approved the accountability reports BAG, BGT and BRO for the year 2021. The council will be informed through a council information letter.
Response to request for free public housing initiative
The Free People's Housing Initiative has asked the college to collaborate on a new concept of temporary housing for young people and the elderly, positioning itself between the social and free sector segments. The council also called on the college to do this through a motion. This specifically involves financial cooperation (renting out land and providing a guarantee) and requesting the municipality for a site to develop the initiative, with the municipality also having an active role (rather than a facilitating role) in the development process.
Although the initiative can make a nice contribution to the municipality of Nuenen in terms of public housing, the college has decided not to cooperate in the development of the initiative. The intended role of the municipality and the associated financial and legal risks do not fit with the facilitating role we have as a local government.
The college has decided that the location Kloostertuin will not be made available to the initiative, and to continue to follow the route of the Master Plan for this location. The initiators will be informed by means of a letter, the council will be informed by means of a Council Information Letter.

The college decided to adopt the procurement strategy for the design team for the renovation and expansion of the Hongerman. The college decided to adopt the recommendations from the procurement strategy and decide in accordance with items 1 to 8 in the procurement strategy.
The college agreed to the request to authorize the procurement team to sign the relevant decisions in due course.

Since 2017, the municipality has owned the Heuvelrijk building (Hill 5), which houses an elementary school, daycare and gymnasium.
The college decided to give the school part of the building Heuvelrijk, Heuvel 5, in use to school board De Eenbes, after signing the use agreement with attachments. The college decided to pay an amount of € 28,000 to the school board as compensation maintenance reserve 2015 and 2016. The college also decided to pay an amount of € 29,608.52 to the school board De Eenbes, which is the difference between the maintenance contributions paid by the school board and the actual maintenance costs in the years 2017 to 2020.
