Updating common regulation Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO)
The current Joint Arrangement Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost has been in effect since January 1, 2014. It is good to make a number of (legislative) technical adjustments to it. In the meeting of the General Board VRBZO of July 7, 2021 it was decided to bring the update to the participating municipalities in procedure.
The council proposal "Updating Joint Regulation Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost" is submitted to the council for decision:
Amendment of common scheme Metropoolregio Eindhoven
The Joint Arrangement Metropolitan Region Eindhoven must be amended to bring it in line with the agreements on governance and cooperation in the Cooperation Agreement 2019-2022. To be able to amend these common regulations, both the council and the college must agree to adopt the (technically) amended Common Regulations Metropolitan Region Eindhoven.
The college decided to agree to the proposed arrangement, subject to council approval. It was also decided to submit the council proposal "Amendment Joint Scheme Metropolitan Eindhoven" to the council for decision-making.
Covid-19 emergency support scheme
There are entrepreneurs within the municipality who have been affected by the Covid-19 measures and cannot get support (or not enough) from the financial support packages of the Rijksoverheid. These existing schemes do not seem to be applicable one-to-one to get out of trouble. In order to support these entrepreneurs, the municipality is convening a temporary measure: the "Temporary Subsidy Scheme Covid-19 Emergency Support to Enterprises, Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2021" which provides the necessary customization.
The college adopts the scheme "Temporary subsidy scheme Covid-19 Emergency support to enterprises, Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2021". The subsidy ceiling is set at € 20,000.
Program budget 2022 and multi-year estimate 2023-2025
Every year, the college presents a draft budget for the coming year and a multi-year forecast for the 3 following years to the council. The budget lists all the tasks and activities that the municipality will perform and the amounts that the council makes available for them.
The college approved the program budget 2022 and multi-year estimate 2023-2025.
The council proposal "Program budget 2022 and multi-year estimate 2023-2025" is presented to the council for decision.
Updated Multi-Year Maintenance Planning (MJOP)
The municipal real estate portfolio is a dynamic entity with great financial and social value. Structural maintenance is therefore essential. Therefore, every 4 years the municipality makes an inventory of all municipal buildings and draws up an MJOP from them. The existing MJOP (2018-2032) has now been updated.
The college approved the MYP 2022-2032, based on the Dutch standard NEN 2767).
