Draft Regional Energy Transition (RES).

A draft Regional Energy Strategy (RES) has been prepared within the MRE cooperation. On June 29, the college explained the draft RES to the city council. The preliminary views of the college regarding the draft RES were reviewed with the council during this meeting.
The college will adopt the draft RES of the MRE. Feedback on Nuenen's positions on draft RES is given to the RES steering committee via a letter. The council is informed via a council information letter.
VNG member consultations on backstop loans for housing corporations
The Social Housing Guarantee Fund (WSW) guarantees loans from housing corporations. In consultation with the WSW and the government, the VNG proposes to base the backstop position of a municipality on the value of the housing corporation's property in that municipality. For Nuenen this means that we will have to guarantee less. Woonbedrijf and Wooninc have little property in Nuenen, while we had a relatively large number of guarantors; this will now be 'rectified' with this proposal.
The board decides to agree with the proposal of the VNG/WSW in the member consultation.

Authorization decision amended zoning plan Nuenen Southeast

Two appeals have been filed against the amended zoning plan Nuenen Zuidoost. In order to represent the municipal council during the hearing before the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State (hereinafter: Council of State), an authorization is required for the legal policy officer and the project leader of the Nuenen Southeast zoning plan.
The college decides to authorize the legal policy officer and the project manager to represent the municipal council during the session at the Council of State.

Adopt plan of action Park Street-Voirt

The plan of action describes the way in which the official organization will implement the Parkstraat-Voirt housing project. For this location, various agreements have already been made in the past with Helpt Elkander about the development. The plan of approach also addresses the relationship between this development and the updating of the Center Vision. The college adopts the plan of approach for housing project Parkstraat-Voirt.

Plot split Eeneind East in relation to draft Eeneind 2018 zoning plan

The draft Eeneind 2018 zoning plan was available for review and views were submitted in the fall of 2018. In September 2019, the council directed the college to investigate a lot exchange within Eeneind East; the relocation of the lot on Kleine Heiakker to the current playground on Hoge Mikkert. This investigation has now been completed and on June 30, 2020, the college decided to abandon the proposed lot exchange. This decision led to many reactions and caused uproar in the neighborhood. The college decides to include the lot split of the Kleine Heiakker 2, in accordance with draft Eeneind zoning plan of 2018, in the amended draft zoning plan. In order to give interested parties another opportunity to express their views on this, the draft Eeneind 2018 zoning plan will again be made available for public inspection.

Request in principle for two Room for Space houses on the Nieuwe Dijk in Gerwen

On April 14, 2020, a request in principle was submitted to build two houses on the Nieuwe Dijk in Gerwen. For this purpose, the applicant wishes to make use of the Space for Space scheme from the North Brabant Spatial Regulation.
The college decides to grant cooperation in principle to the request for the construction of two houses. The initiator is informed that cooperation will only be granted after a positive advice from the Spatial Quality Team.

Council information letter play and exercise Nuenen Noord

In Nuenen Noord there are two tasks for play and exercise. One of the tasks stems from a motion. Due to COVID-19 these processes have been delayed. The college wants to inform the council about the state of affairs and the follow-up. The college adopts the council information letter.
