On November 19, the college decided to place some tasks in the context of the Compulsory Mental Health Care Act (Wvggz) with the GGD Brabant Zuidoost. Some of these must be formally mandated. The college agrees with the mandate decisions for this.

Collective exemptions noise 2020

Pursuant to the APV, the Municipal Executive annually determines collective days on which an exception may be made to the rules regarding noise at festivities. The Municipal Executive decides to designate Carnival (February 21 through February 25, 2020 until 01:00 a.m.) and Kermis Nuenen (July 10 and 11 until 01:00 a.m. with an extension until 01:30 a.m. and July 12 through 14 until 24:00 a.m. with an extension until 0:30 a.m.) as collective festivities and determines that the maximum noise level, measured at the surrounding residences, may not exceed 80 dB(A) and 90 dB(C).

Request in principle Stad van Gerwen 1A

The initiator wishes to convert the current agricultural zoning to a residential zoning. The zoning plan has an amendment authority for the conversion. The initiator must do additional research before an amendment plan can be taken in procedure.
The college decides to cooperate in principle with the conversion to a residential zoning on condition that an amendment plan is submitted and that cooperation is granted after a planning loss compensation agreement is concluded.

Administrative order GGD Brabant-Zuidoost

On September 17, 2019, the college took note of the elaboration of the administrative order given to the GGD in 2018. Key elements of the elaboration are the integration of Youth Health Care (JGZ) for 0-4 year olds within the GGD and improving the organization and operations of the GGD. The College agrees to the implementation of the administrative order including:

  1. transfer youth health care for 0-4 year olds to the GGD as a joint task by January 1, 2021;
  2. improving the organization and operations of the GGD.

The college terminates the subsidy relationship regarding JGZ 0-4 with Zuidzorg as of January 1, 2021 and agrees with the first budget amendment 2020 of GGD Brabant Zuidoost.

Submission of draft zoning plan Hof aan het Laar

The college has received a draft zoning plan for the construction of 10 homes on the Laar 12 parcel in Gerwen. Pursuant to the anterior agreement entered into with the developer, the college is now required to follow the zoning plan procedure.
The college decides to follow the legally prescribed zoning plan procedure and not to apply an added prior public participation procedure. The draft zoning plan "Gerwen, Hof aan het Laar" will be published and made available for public inspection for six weeks.

RIB zoning plan recalibration Nuenen-West

In its meeting of December 12, 2019, the Municipal Council, when dealing with the mobility policy modules, decided not to close the Opwettenseweg to car traffic and to include this (or have it included) in the further elaboration of Nuenen-West and to include it (or have it included) in the mobility policy modules 1 through 8. A Council Information Letter will inform the members of the City Council of the consequences of this for both the zoning plan and the mobility policy. The college agrees with the Council Information Letter.
