Cyber Incident management

The number of Cyber incidents is increasing in the world and in the Netherlands. Currently, the Dommelvallei organizations do not have a Cyber Incident Response organization in case a Cyber incident occurs with a medium, high or critical priority. In March 2021 the Dommelvallei also experienced such a Cyber incident, the evaluation of which showed that a Cyber Incident Management organization needs to be described, lived through and trained. Policies have now been drafted for this purpose.

The college decided to adopt the Cyber Incident management policy and associated organization.

Privacy protocol and regulations administrative approach to undermining crime

The municipality of Nuenen has a legal and social duty to contribute to the fight against and prevention of crime. The municipality wants to avoid (unintentionally) contributing to the undermining effects of crime. The approach to undermining must take place in compliance with laws and regulations in the field of privacy (Avg and the Implementation Act on the General Data Protection Regulation). A protocol and regulations have been drawn up for this purpose. Within the rules of this protocol and regulations, data can be shared.

The college decided to adopt the "Privacy Protocol and Regulations on Administrative Approach to Undermining Crime Municipality of Nuenen 2021.

Corona schemes for entrepreneurs 2022

Three corona schemes for entrepreneurs will expire in 2021. These are the regulation allowing for an expanded terrace, the regulation for winter facilities on terraces and the incentive and innovation fund.

The college decided to adopt the regulation 'Guideline for temporary extension of terraces in public area 2022', the regulation 'Guideline for temporary winter facilities for terraces 2022' and the 'Temporary subsidy regulation Stimulation and Innovation Fund Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2022'. The college agrees with the financial consequences of this proposal whereby it will be proposed to the council in the annual accounts to spend the unspent funds of 2021 á € 69,725 in 2022. The college agreed to revoke the 'Guideline for temporary extension of terraces in public areas' dated September 21, 2021, 'Guideline for temporary winter facilities for terraces' dated September 21, 2021 and 'Temporary subsidy regulation Stimulation and Innovation Fund Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2021'.

Anterior agreement housing development Boord-Kapperdoes

A plan has been submitted to construct 11 luxury villas near Boord / Kapperdoes. The development of this location is in the hands of Rezidenz. This housing location is the last part of the development of the Coppelmans garden center. The previously made agreements for this housing development have been adjusted and recorded in the anterior agreement, which is presented to the college for adoption.

The college decided to adopt the amended design and visual quality plan for Kapperdoes housing site. The anterior agreement and its appendices are also adopted. The announcement of the conclusion of the agreement will be published, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Decree article 6.24 paragraph 3, and the business description will be made available for inspection, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Decree article 6.2.12 of the agreement.

Adopt program and overview of educational housing and the 2022 funding ceiling

The college finalizes the 2022 Educational Housing Program and Schedule. The college sets the funding ceiling at € 17,754. The college decides to make an amount of € 17,754 available to school board de Eenbes for adapting the construction so that the window frames can be replaced. The college informs school boards PlatOO and OMO of this decision and publishes it.

Decisions on objections regarding three temporary use environmental permits for dog walking services

Three different environmental permits to change the use for a dog walking service for a period of 10 years have been granted for three locations. They are Rullen ong. B3295 and B3296/ Snuffling Snout, Rullen ong. B2367/ Cookie & Co, Mikboomweg ong. B5154, B1848, B1939. For the location Rullen ong. B3295 and B3296/ Sniffing Snout, fencing may be installed during the same period. A total of six objections have been filed against this.

The college decided to declare inadmissible the objections of two objectors, in accordance with the advice of the objection committee, declare admissible the objection of objector BMF against the three environmental permits, in accordance with the advice of the objection committee, declare unfounded the objection of objector BMF against the three environmental permits, not in accordance with the advice of the objection committee.

The college also decided to supplement the contested environmental permit for Rullen ong. B3295 and B3296 with the named condition and uphold it under supplementary considerations. The contested environmental permit for Rullen ong. B2367 is supplemented with the named condition and upheld with the addition of the recitals. The contested environmental permit for Mikboomweg ong. B5154, B1848, B1939 is supplemented with the named condition and upheld with additional considerations.
The objectors will be informed by letter.

Decision on objection to environmental permit Schietbergen 66 Nuenen

A notice of objection has been filed against the environmental permit granted for the expansion of a house on the Schietbergen in Nuenen.

The college has decided, with acceptance of the advice of the objections committee, to declare the complainant's objections admissible, to declare the objections unfounded and to uphold the contested decision dated June 17, 2021 with improvement of the motivation with regard to not requiring a sunlight study. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied. The objector and permit holder will be informed by letter.
