Occasional grant - Seniorweb

SeniorWeb requests an occasional grant in the amount of € 5,000.00 for the investment in updated digital equipment to realize courses to seniors in Nuenen.

The college decided to award SeniorWeb an occasional grant in the amount of €5,000.00 for continuation of courses to seniors in Nuenen.

Nuenen disadvantage compensation ordinance

Due to the upcoming entry into force of new legislationOmgevingswet; title 4.5 Algemene wet bestuursrecht) it is necessary to update the legal framework for handling requests for damage caused by lawful municipal decisions. The Regulation on Damage Compensation of the Municipality of Nuenen c.a. provides for this.

The council proposal "Regulation on compensation for disadvantage in the municipality of Nuenen c.a." is submitted to the council for decision.

Alderman participation on board of Owners Association (school) building Ouwelandsedijk

In October 2020, the college decided to split the (school) building at Ouwlandsedijk 27 and give legal ownership of the school part to school board PlatOO. When a building is split, an Owners' Association (VvE) is mandatory.

The college decided to delegate Alderman Löwik as director of the Association of Owners of the (school) building at Ouwlandsedijk 27 in Nuenen.

Adding crisis assistance to DVO21 2022-2023

The municipality of Eindhoven handles the procurement of a number of youth care products for the youth care region (21 municipalities) The agreements on these products are contained in the DVO21.

The college agrees to an addition to the DVO21. This will add 'crisis assistance coordination function' to the regionally procured youth assistance and the financing will run through the Municipality of Eindhoven.

Decision on objection

An objector filed an objection to the plan to create a playground with equipment on the square at Krommenakker - the Kempke. The general chamber of the objections committee concludes that this is not a decision that can be objected to.

The College decided to declare the objection inadmissible, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee. The decision on the objection will be sent.

Principle request for rezoning Town of Gerwen 9a

On April 19, 2022, the college agreed to the request in principle to cooperate in the conversion of a dairy farm to a horse farm and arable/tree farm. In addition, the current company residence (Stad van Gerwen 9) will be converted to a civilian residence and the existing (sheltered) care home (Stad van Gerwen 9a) will be zoned as a company residence.

The college decided to enter into the antecedent and plan compensation agreement.

Anterior agreement Beekstraat/Oude Landen

On December 14, 2020, the college approved the request in principle to cooperate with the development to build three Room for Space dwellings on a vacant lot on the corner of Beekstraat /Oude Landen. Before the applicant can initiate the zoning procedure, agreement for the anterior plan compensation agreement from the college is required, so that the municipal costs can be recovered from the initiator.

The college decided to enter into the antecedent and plan compensation agreement.

Development perspective day beach Enode

Since the summer of 2021, the management of day beach Enode has been temporarily back in the hands of the municipality. To arrive at a development perspective for day beach Enode for the years 2024 and beyond, residents were surveyed with an online questionnaire.

The college decided to adopt the results and conclusions from the questionnaire for the future perspective day beach Enode and the risk inventory and analysis and related measures.
The college decided to develop a small-scale day beach with an appropriate form of management. In the fall of 2022, the PromsFestival@theLake event will be evaluated. This evaluation will provide input for a decision yet to be made on possible events at the Enode day beach for 2023.
