Request PlatOO preparation credit expansion The Most Beautiful Blue
On December 13, 2022, a construction credit was made available to school board PlatOO for the expansion of elementary school Het Mooiste Blauw in Nuenen-West. Pursuant to article 3 of the ordinance, the school board can request an 8% preparation credit from the college. This credit is intended for the preparation of a tender-ready building plan.
The college decided to provide a preparation credit of €143,220.88 to school board PlatOO.
Social housing subsidy ordinance
Setting a grant ceiling under the "Social Housing Grant Ordinance 2019" prevents an open-ended nature of the grant scheme.
The College decided to set the grant ceiling for the period June 22, 2023 to December 31, 2023 at a maximum of €112,000.00.
Information and records management improvement plan 2023-2024
Every year, the college reports on archive and information management to the municipal council and the province. One improvement plan has been drawn up for the three Dommelvallei municipalities and the Dommelvallei agency. This shows that archive and information management is generally in order.
The college decided to adopt the improvement plan archives and information management 2023-2024. The plan will be sent to the Province together with the overview of archive documents. The council will be informed by a council information letter.
