Regional Program To the Right Place 2026-2029

The From School to Sustainable Work Act came into force on January 1, 2026. The aim of this Act is to increase equal opportunities among young people by providing better guidance during the transition from school to work and in retaining employment. Education, Doorstroompunt, and municipalities are working together to draw up a four-year program.

The council has decided to designate the municipality of Eindhoven as the contact municipality for the Southeast Brabant Transfer Point Region and takes note of the regional program Naar de juiste plek 2026-2029 (To the right place 2026-2029).

PlatOO Budget 2026

In accordance with its articles of association, the PlatOO school board has submitted the 2026 budget to the municipality for consultation.

The council has taken note of PlatOO's 2026 budget and has decided

not to consult with PlatOO on this matter.

The council has agreed to send the council information letter.

Work Plan 21 for Youth 2026

The 'Work Plan 21 for Youth' is established annually. The work plan contains agreements on regionally purchased youth assistance. Until 2026, it was legally mandatory to collaborate in the field of youth care at the level of Southeast Brabant. After 2026, this obligation to collaborate will lie with the youth region levels. In the transition year 2026, the transition will be prepared on the basis of the current regional cooperation.

The council has decided to approve the agreements, budget, governance, and distribution of resources from the "Work Plan 21 for Youth 2026."

Council information letter withdrawing application for temporary classrooms by school board De Eenbes

On January 31, 2025, the Eenbes school board submitted an application for temporary classrooms for the Dassenburcht primary school. On December 18, 2025, the administrator withdrew the application.

Performance agreements for housing associations 2026

The municipality, housing associations, and tenant organizations make annual performance agreements. These agreements concern our social housing ambitions and goals and what is needed to achieve them. Topics covered in the performance agreements include: the availability and affordability of social housing, sustainability, social challenges, and specific target groups. The parties signing the agreements are: the municipality of Nuenen, housing association Wooninc., Woonzorg Nederland, and the tenant platform of Helpt Elkander and SHWplus.

The council has decided to adopt the performance agreements for 2026-2030 and to inform the council about this via a Council Information Letter.

Principle request for new residential property at Boordseweg 62 and 64

The owner and initiator of the two plots at Boordseweg 62 and 64 has submitted a request in principle to build one large detached house to replace two existing detached houses. This request in principle has been positively assessed by the intake team and the spatial quality subcommittee.

The council has decided to grant the request in principle. The council will be informed of this decision by means of a council information letter.

The college has decided to inform the council about this via a council information letter.
