Placement guidelines for underground containers

Amendment placement guideline underground containers has been completed. The amendment relates to the link with the tree matrix (policy regarding the preservation of image-defining trees). Additional preconditions for this have been included in the guideline. The amended placement guideline underground containers is adopted and the placement guideline underground containers of December 22, 2020 is repealed.

Repair decision grant regulation Regional Development Fund Work Locations

A new grant ordinance for the ROW was adopted in early 2021. A ruling by the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State necessitates a recovery decision regarding the public law powers. The college submits the council proposal "Recovery decision subsidy ordinance Regional Development Fund Work Locations" to the council for decision.

Viewing draft budget 2022 VRBZO

Pursuant to the Joint Regulation Veiligheidsregio BrabantZuidoost, the councils of the participating municipalities are given the opportunity to express their views on the draft budget before the General Board adopts the budget. The Board decides to supplement the proposed View on draft budget 2022 Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost with a comment on the use of funding for external safety from the municipal fund. The amended view will be submitted to the council for decision-making.

Draft zoning plan revision Zandstraat 29 Nederwetten

An initiator wishes to enlarge the building block of an existing horse farm in order to build a roof to house the manure storage, horse walker and hay storage. The amendment authority in Article 4.7.1 of the Buitengebied zoning plan is being used for this purpose. The college agrees to amend the Buitengebied zoning plan to enlarge the building area and decides that no environmental impact assessment (EIA) is necessary. The draft zoning plan is released for the view procedure.
