Viewing multi-year budget 2024-2027 and 1st budget amendment 2023 Dienst Dommelvallei

The council is given the opportunity to submit an opinion on the draft multi-year budget 2024-2027 and the 1st draft budget amendment 2023 Dommelvallei Service. The college proposes the council not to submit an outlook. The council proposal Zienswijze meerjarenbegroting 2024-2027 en 1e begrotingswijziging 2023 Dienst Dommelvallei is submitted to the council for decision-making.

Zoning plan Beekstraat Nuenen, Ruimte voor Ruimte (adoption of amended Nota van Zienswijzen)

It was noted that one view was erroneously not included in the Notice of Views. The view has since been dealt with and does not lead to an amendment of the council proposal. However, the Nota van Zienswijzen must be re-adopted by the college. Through a memo, the council will be informed about the replacement of the Nota van Zienswijzen with the council documents. The college decided to adopt the Nota van Zienswijze zoning plan "Beekstraat, Ruimte voor Ruimte" and to send the memo to city council to report that the previously sent Nota van Zienswijze has been replaced and to indicate what the change consists of.

Written questions W70 - Collse Hoefdijk railroad crossing.

In accordance with Article 49 of the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Nuenen c.a., Mr. Geven is submitting written questions to the Municipal Executive on behalf of W70. The questions relate to the express bicycle crossing Collse Hoefdijk. The college agreed to answer W70's written questions.
