Decision on objection enforcement decision Rullen unnumbered

And denied the enforcement request. An objection to that decision was filed on August 12, 2020. In accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, the objection is declared unfounded and the contested decision is upheld.

Cooperation agreement Climate Portal Southeast Brabant

In order to achieve efficient management of water and sewerage and to be able to respond properly to climate change, the municipality of Nuenen has been cooperating for many years with 12 other municipalities, Waterschap De Dommel and Brabantwater. In order to continue the cooperation Klimaatportaal Zuidoost Brabant, a new cooperation agreement must be established.
