Service and Cooperation Agreement Youth Care Southeast
JeugdzorgPlus is one of the heaviest forms of youth care. Here, young people stay in a closed institution on the basis of an authorization from the juvenile court. For the purchase of this Health , Nuenen is part of the Southeast district. Because the contracts with care providers end in 2025, we have to go through a new procurement procedure.
The college takes note of and agrees with the change of participants in the Landsdeel. The college decides to enter into the Service and Cooperation Agreement Purchasing and Contract Management JeugdzorgPlus Landsdeel Zuidoost Nederland for the period June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029.
Application for authorization to suspend transfer of building permits
Under the 1995 Archives Act, municipalities must transfer building permits issued to the Regionaal Historisch Centrum Eindhoven (RHCe) after 20 years. Since 2009, we as municipalities have been working to digitize building permits and then transfer them. However, we have a backlog in this regard. The college has therefore decided to apply to Gedeputeerde Staten of the province for an authorization to suspend the transfer of building permits.
Archive and information management improvement plan 2025-2026 for purposes of Inter-Governmental Supervision Supervision 2025
Every year, the College informs the City Council about archive management and its improvements. One improvement plan has been drawn up jointly for the 3 Dommelvallei municipalities and Dienst Dommelvallei. Based on the archive inspections that the Regionaal Historisch Centrum Eindhoven has carried out at the 4 organizations, it appears that in the archive and information management a lot goes well and a number of issues need attention. To this end, points for improvement have been formulated and an improvement plan has been drawn up.
The college decided to adopt the improvement plan archives and information management 2025-2026 and inform the council. The college also agrees to send the improvement plan archives and information management 2025-2026 to Gedeputeerde Staten within the framework of intergovernmental supervision.
Decision on objection directed against rejection of urgency decision
An objection has been filed against the decision to reject the urgency decision. The college, adopting the opinion of the Objections Committee, declares the objection admissible and unfounded.
