Updating General local ordinance Nuenen c.a. 2021

The current General Local Ordinance (Apv) was amended on December 10, 2020 by the council's decision to ban carbide shooting. In addition, the VNG recommends a broad update of the current Apv. Both points have been incorporated into a new, updated Apv. This is submitted to the council for decision-making. The general designation decree is adopted.

Pupil transport payment due to Corona virus

Cab company Van de Zanden & Tours provides pupil transportation for the municipality. Due to the Coronavirus, pupil transportation was largely halted because children were no longer allowed to attend school. The college agrees to the request to continue paying the monthly invoice for pupil transportation at 80% from December 16, 2020 to February 7, 2021. There are a number of Requirements associated with providing the reimbursement.

Council information letter nature and landscape policy

The council asked for information on the municipality's policy on nature and landscape. A council information letter has been prepared describing what the municipality is doing in this area. The council information letter will be sent to the city council.

Determining assignment due diligence

On the basis of the settlement agreement between the municipality of Nuenen and housing foundation Helpt Elkander dated March 28, 2017, a due diligence investigation must be conducted into all aspects relevant to the takeover of pitches and rental caravans of the Bosweg and Kremersbos caravan sites. The report of the study serves as a basis for making further agreements between the municipality and Helpt Elkander for the actual transfer of both sites. The college adopts the terms of reference for the due diligence investigation.

Council Information Letter Housing and Health

The state and province are calling on municipalities to act on the recommendations of the national Task Force on Housing and Health. The council information letter informs the council about the state of affairs and plans on this theme within the municipality of Nuenen. The council information letter will be sent to the city council.

Letter for a resident

The mayor and legal counsel met with a resident. As a follow-up, the college decided to send a letter to the individual.
