Zoning plan bicycle path Eindhoven - Nuenen - Helmond

Due to the change in the principles of the Eindhoven - Nuenen - Helmond express bike path, the route of the bike path must be shifted several meters. An amendment to the zoning plan is required for the new route.

The college has decided to adopt the Nota van Zienswijzen "Bestemmingsplan Fietspad Eindhoven - Nuenen - Helmond".
The council proposal "Bestemmingsplan Fietspad Eindhoven - Nuenen - Helmond" will be submitted to the council for decision.

Adopt Heritage policy document 'Building blocks for the future'

In the Omgevingswet the subject of heritage as a spatial factor is firmly embedded. This includes the importance of heritage in developments but also the duty of care for heritage.

The council proposal "Adopt Heritage Policy Memorandum 'Building Blocks for the Future'" is presented to the council for decision.

SGE regional retail vision

Much has happened in the retail sector since the adoption of the regional retail vision in 2015. In the context of (demographic) developments, it is desirable to update the 2015 vision. The Stedelijk Gebied Eindhoven collaborated to draft an updated retail vision.

The council proposal "SGE Regional Retail Vision" is presented to the council for decision.

Long-Term Agenda September 2023

The college has adopted the Long-Term Agenda September 2023 and it will be sent to the council through the Municipal Clerk’s Office and published on the municipal website.

Answering written questions playground equipment High Mikkert Eeneind

Combination Nuenen has asked written questions about problems with playground equipment at the Hoge Mikkert on Eeneind. This letter answers the questions of Combination Nuenen.

The college has decided to answer the written questions of Combination Nuenen by means of a letter. The answering of the questions is in line with the college decision on Play and Exercise.

Choice next district Play and Exercise

The Play and Move project has been in progress for several years. Within this project, per district, together with the stakeholders, we examine which locations in the public space we want to set up for playing, moving and meeting. The current subproject / district is approaching the implementation phase. Therefore we can now choose which district will be next.


The college decided to pick up the Eeneind neighborhood as the next neighborhood for the rollout of the Play and Exercise policy.
The existing playground equipment that is sealed (climbing apparatus and seesaw) plus the skate pyramid will be removed and a temporary playground equipment (Bird's Nest Swing) will be installed.
The cost of the aforementioned modifications will be included as a loss in the 2nd Interim Report 2023 under minor changes.
The council will be informed via a council information letter.
