Collective exemptions noise 2022

Pursuant to article 4:2 paragraph 1 of the General Municipal Bye-Law, the Municipal Executive annually determines collective days on which the noise limits of the Activities Decree Environmental Management, do not apply to businesses.
The college has decided to designate the fairground Nuenen as collective days, as referred to in article 4:2 paragraph 1 of the APV.

Views on GGD draft budget 2023

On March 22, 2022, GGD Brabant-Zuidoost sent the City Council the draft 2023 program budget with the request to give an opinion on it. The budget led to the proposal to submit a positive view.

Study Space for Space locations 2021

The vision for building in the outlying area of Nuenen indicates where there is still room in the building clusters for building a Room for Space home. The vision is based on the existing landscape quality.

Ordinance on the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality Nuenen c.a. 2023

In response to the obligation in the Omgevingswet the City Council is advised to adopt the "Regulation on the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality Nuenen ca., 2023" in order to have an up-to-date regulation for advice on environmental quality.

Views by municipality on joint arrangement WSD 2022

Every year the joint scheme Werkvoorzieningschap de Dommel (GR WSD), makes its financial documents available to the participating municipalities. The municipal council is given the opportunity to express an opinion on the 2021 financial statements and the 2023 budget.

Viewing budget 2023 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region

Based on the Joint Regulation Metropoolregio Eindhoven, the council has the opportunity to submit an opinion on the budget 2023 MRE. The college proposes the council not to submit an outlook. The council proposal will be submitted to the council for decision-making.

Views on draft budget 2023 VRBZO

Pursuant to the Joint Regulation Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost, the councils of the participating municipalities are given the opportunity to express their views on the draft budget before the General Board adopts the budget.

Viewing budget 2023-2026 and budget amendments 2022 DDV

Based on the Common Scheme Service Dommelvallei, the council has the opportunity to submit a view on the draft budget 2023-2026 and the 1st and 2nd budget amendment 2022. The college proposes the council to make use of this.

Zoning plan Buitengebied, revision Soeterbeekseweg, Blekerdijk intersection Space for Space

The draft zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Soeterbeekseweg, kruising Blekerdijk Ruimte voor Ruimte" was available for public inspection for six weeks from November 23, 2021. Two views were submitted within this period.

Request in principle Town of Gerwen 9/9a

An initiator has submitted a request in principle for the rezoning of the existing dairy farm to a horse (rearing) farm and a tree cultivation/agricultural farm. In addition, the initiator wants to convert the current company residence (no. 9) into a civilian residence, the former care home in the existing farm at no. 9a to be zoned as a company residence and to realize a B&B at no. 9b.

The college decided to start a zoning plan procedure for this.
An anterior contract and planning compensation agreement will be concluded between the initiator and the Municipality of Nuenen.

Sale of green spaces larger than 150 m2

Some homes located on the Zuiderklamp face the Geldropsedijk with their backyards. Part of the green strip between the houses and the Geldropsedijk has been used by the residents. As part of the unregistered land use approach, these people have been written to. There are residents who have indicated that they want to buy the land. Because the area to be sold is larger than 150 m2 for some of them, in accordance with policy a board decision must underlie the sale.

The college decided to sell the land (partially occupied) behind the said homes to adjacent residents.

Independence of Nuenen weekly market

The market operators have proposed transferring the organization and management of the Nuenen weekly market to a foundation they have established.

Draft budget 2023 Omgevingsdienst Zuidoost Brabant

The city council has the opportunity to submit a view on the ODZOB's draft budget 2023 and multi-year budget 2024-2026.

Regional Vision Standard for Commissioning A 10 for Youth

It has been agreed nationally that, as part of the Standard for Commissioning, municipalities will draw up a regional vision for each youth aid region and have it adopted by the municipal councils. In the regional vision, municipalities record that and how they cooperate within the youth aid region. They determine a regional direction for the longer term and how the availability of youth aid will be guaranteed. The college agrees with the regional vision Standard for Commissioning A 10 for Youth.

The City Council has the opportunity to submit a view on the draft 2023 budget and multi-year 2024-2026 budget of the BLINK cooperation.

Amended adoption Chw zoning plan Realignment Nuenen-West

On April 29, 2021, Your council adopted the Chw zoning plan "Realignment Nuenen West" as amended. The amended adoption decision has been appealed by a number of parties. Three grounds for appeal put forward in one or more of these appeals lead to the need to prepare a so-called remedial decision to amend the Nuenen West zoning plan. The proposed changes are not substantive but mainly legal-technical.
