Decision on objection

Decision on appeal against a contested decision dated May 16, 2022, rejecting a notice of default.

The college decided to declare the objection inadmissible because with the death of the objector, the procedural interest was lost.

Due diligence reports caravan sites Kremersbos and Bosweg and determine follow-up scenario

The municipality determined the transfer of the caravan sites (Kremersbos and Bosweg) to Helpt Elkander (HE) through a settlement agreement (VSO) in 2017. Part of this VSO was to conduct a due diligence study for both sites to serve as a guide for the transfer of the sites to HE. Based on the conclusions from this study, HE has indicated that it no longer wishes to take over the sites from the municipality. To arrive at a situation that complies with current laws and regulations, the municipality must now follow up on the future of both sites itself.

The college has decided to adopt the due diligence reports of the Bosweg and Kremersbos caravan sites and has expressed its preference for a phased restructuring of the Bosweg and Kremersbos caravan sites, starting with planning for the Bosweg site.

Replying to written questions regarding housing allocation

The Combination Nuenen c.a. asked written questions on September 21, 2022, about housing allocation in response to a change in the law proposed by the Cabinet.

The college has agreed to the response. The letter can be sent to the city council.

Management and maintenance of Old Lands cemetery

The management and maintenance of the municipal cemetery Oude Landen must be taken over by a new contractor by January 1, 2023. The proposal is to enter into a two-year agreement with the proposed contractor, working within a pilot project from a construction team.

The college approved a one-to-one award to the proposed contractor.
