Authorization committee for appeals

A notice of objection has been filed against the establishment of the Municipal Preferential Rights Act on the Nuenen plots C 2978, C 3868 and C 3869 located in Landgoed Gulbergen. To represent the council during the hearing of the Objections Committee, the college agrees to authorize the project manager of the file of the municipality of Nuenen and an employee of AKD lawyers.

Introduction of RIS system for early detection of debt problems

Since January 1, 2021, the Municipal Debt Relief Act (Wgs) has been in effect. From then on, activities related to early signaling of arrears are part of the municipality's legal duties. Fixed charge partners, such as energy companies,Health) insurers and housing cooperatives can report payment arrears through an early warning system. These signals come in to our debt relief workers. The LEV Group is mandated to implement municipal debt assistance. On February 4, the Nuenen c.a. municipal council adopted the debt assistance memorandum. In doing so, the council made the choice for the RIS system for early signaling.

The college decides to introduce the RIS early warning system and decides to register the municipality of Nuenen c.a. as a fixed charge partner as soon as there is a legal basis for this. In the context of the implementation of the Wgs, the college makes a structural amount of € 20,000 available.
