BRP self-assessment results 2019

An annual self-evaluation is conducted on the set-up, operation and security of the Basic Registration of PersonsBRP). There is also a self-assessment on the Travel Documents section (driving licenses are also part of this).
The 2019 results show that the municipality amply meets the legal requirements.

RIB on reverse waste collection Nuenen West and Gerwen ZO

A council information letter informs the council about the implementation of the system of 'reverse collection of household waste in Nuenen West and Gerwen ZO'. The council adopts the memorandum "Together reverse collection of household waste in Nuenen West and other newly built neighborhoods". 

Draft remediation program  

The college approves the draft remediation program for 2 remediation homes on Mulakkers. The draft remediation program will be made available for inspection for 6 weeks and residents will be informed. If no views are submitted, the final remediation program will be presented to the Ministry of I&W with the request to approve the remediation measures and to set higher values for the 2 remediation homes.

Dommelpark

Together with the Municipality of Eindhoven, an implementation agenda for the Dommelpark has been developed. This park runs from Nuenen-West to the TUe in Eindhoven. The park is being developed in close cooperation with the municipality of Eindhoven. 

The college adopts the document "Dommelpark: a robust water park of recreational value" and agrees to set up a joint project team with the Municipality of Eindhoven and De Dommel Water Board to develop the area as one park. 

Concept program living 

ln 2019, new housing policy was drafted in the form of a draft Housing Program. This describes new directions in a number of areas and is a building block for the Environmental Vision. It was created with corporations, tenants and other stakeholders. In November 2019, the program was presented in concept to the Space Committee via a committee memo. It was then developed in more detail. 

The college approves the draft Housing Program and the submission and publication.
