Extension of appointment terms for TRK and monument committee members.
In anticipation of the start of the Municipal Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality on January 1, 2024, the college decides to extend the term of appointment for the members.
The college therefore decided to:
- to set the term of appointment of Veronique Marks as member/chair of the TRK and monuments committee, and the term of appointment of Sander Klein Obbink as member urbanist of the TRK at 4 years until November 1, 2024;
- to set the term of appointment of Liz Dewitte as member architectural historian of the monuments committee at 4 years until April 1, 2024;
- to reappoint Martien van Osch as member landscape architect of the RCO for 4 years until Oct. 22, 2027.
Woonzorganalyse
The Residential Care Vision is the starting point for addressing the housing/care challenges in the municipality of Nuenen. We outline what is needed to properly house people with special housing needs into the future and what goals we want to set for this in the areas of housing, society, welfare and Health. The Woonzorgvisie consists of two parts: a housing analysis and a vision.
The college noted the report of the housing survey and agreed to the council information letter on the subject.
Cooperation agreement Van Gogh National Park
The Van Gogh National Park is a name that generates both national and international attention for our municipality and region. By being a partner of the Van Gogh National Park there will be more opportunities for co-financing related projects in the areas of nature and landscape, recreation, heritage, agriculture and spatial quality. With the signing of the Cooperation Agreement, agreements are established for the coming years. The College decided to enter into the 2024-2028 Cooperation Agreement 'Van Gogh National Park'.
The college agreed to grant power of attorney for signature to Alderman Kok.
The college decided to make the contribution of €8,572 available for 2024 and continue to implement the development lines from the Van Gogh National Park Master Plan.
Long-Term Agenda
The college decided to adopt the Long Range Agenda (version October 17, 2023), send it to the council through the Municipal Clerk’s Office and publish it on the municipal website
