Council information letter calamity route Bloemhoeve-Esrand
The municipality intends to realize an emergency route for the Esrand neighborhood, in Nederwetten. The municipality has taken new steps to realize this road. With this council information letter we want to inform the city council about the state of affairs.
The college decided to send the council information letter to the city council.
Regional approach to denormalization of drugs (SKIP).
In 2019, the 32 municipalities in the East Brabant region launched the supra-regional project "SKIP" to combat the increasing normalization of drug use among young adults. The project runs through 2024 and includes collaborations with Novadic-Kentron, GGD Hart van Brabant, GGD Brabant Zuidoost, the police and the security region, among others.
The college has decided to continue participating in the SKIP project to denormalize drug use in the Brabant security region. The college also decided -during the project period of four years (2025 - 2028) - to provide an annual financial contribution of € 4,563.00.
Energy House Smart Living 2024 grant application
It is mandatory for municipalities to have an energy desk. The Energy House Smart Living Foundation (EHSW) fulfills this role for, among others, our municipality and supports our residents in saving energy and making homes more sustainable. On February 2, 2023, the City Council adopted the Energy House Smart Living 2023 grant ordinance jointly with a Service of General Economic Interest (SGEI) designation decree. EHSW has now submitted a grant application for FY 2024 under this grant ordinance.
The college decided to award the EHSW Foundation a grant in the amount of €41,200 (excluding VAT) and to inform the EHSW of the decision through the grant decision.
Extension of service agreement ODZOB July 1, 2024 - July 1, 2025
For cooperation with the Omgevingsdienst ZuidOost Brabant (ODZOB), a service agreement (DVO) in 2019 - 2022 has already been established. This DVO has already been extended until July 1, 2024. Now it is requested to extend it again for the duration of 1 year.
The college decided to adopt the addendum to the service agreement of the GR ODZOB for July 1, 2024 - July 1, 2025.
FG surveillance report Wpg 2022-2023 Municipality of Nuenen
The Data Protection Officer (FG) monitors compliance with the Police Data Protection Act (Wpg). The FG is required by law to prepare an annual report of her findings.
The college decided to adopt the recommendations from the FG monitoring report on the Police Data Act municipality of Nuenen 2022-2023.
Eeneind-West: draft decision on environmental permit
The municipality has received an application for the establishment of 3 distribution centers in Eeneind-West. Because of the Nature Protection Act, the extensive preparation procedure is applicable to this application. The application is also a request to make use of the within-plan deviation authority regarding the deviating building height.
The college has decided to make the draft decision available for inspection for 6 weeks as part of the extensive preparation procedure. During this period, anyone may submit views against the draft decision.
