Viewpoint joint arrangement A 10 for Youth

Since 2018, Nuenen has been cooperating within the region with A 10 for Youth for the procurement of youth aid. Based on the national Youth Reform Agenda and an expected change in the law, the existing cooperation agreement must be converted to a joint arrangement (GR). This is a power of the council.

The council proposal "Viewing Draft Joint Regulation Youth Region A 10 for Youth" is submitted to the council for decision.

Conversion of Dommelvallei Service into business management organization

To strengthen the Dommelvallei Service (DDV), the DDV Executive Board has decided to convert the public body into a business operation organization. For this purpose, the DDV Regulations must be amended.

The college agreed to the amended arrangement subject to council approval.

The council proposal "Conversion of Dommelvallei Service into business operation organization" will be submitted to the council for decision.

Letter of intent Refeling 60-72

On May 30, 2023, the college approved a request in principle to cooperate with an amendment to the environmental plan for location Refeling 60-72 in Nuenen, in order to realize residential construction. It concerns the construction of an apartment complex and a number of practice rooms. Before the spatial procedure can be started, a letter of intent must be concluded with the initiator. With the agreement, the municipal planning costs can be recovered from the initiator.

The college decided to agree to the letter of intent and enter into the agreement.

The announcement of entering into and concluding the agreement of intent is published in accordance with 16.138 of the Omgevingswet.

The mayor authorizes Alderman Kok to sign this letter of intent.

Council information letter on priority arrangement

At various times, the City Council has asked whether it is possible to establish a priority scheme for its own residents in the allocation of social rental housing and new-build owner-occupied housing. The study of the usefulness and necessity of a priority scheme was taken up regionally, together with the other 8 municipalities in the Stedelijk Gebied Eindhoven in 2024.

The college decided to send a council information letter on the inventory related to the right of way to the city council.

Council information letter administrative order Social Domain

The college adopted the Social Domain Administrative Order on December 16, 2024. In addition, the college decided to prioritize efficiency in Health and support and the optimization of cooperation, procurement and subsidy within the administrative order.

The college decided to inform the council via a council information letter about the governance order and implementation of the Youth Aid Regulation.
