Data sharing for victims of benefits affair
Municipalities want to contact those affected by the benefits affair and offer them help with housing, income, debt, Health and family. To do so, data must be exchanged with the Tax Administration (e.g., to know which residents have been duped). The college decides to agree to sign the authorization decision, the processing agreement and the user conditions of the portal of the Tax Office/Surcharges within the framework of data transfer between the Tax Office/Surcharges and the municipality.
Decision on objection refusal of urgent housing decision
An urgency decision was rejected based on the "own responsibility" criterion. The regional appeals committee issued an opinion on its objection. In accordance with the committee's advice, the objection to the refusal of the urgency decision is declared unfounded and the contested decision is upheld. However, the reasons for the decision will be supplemented for clarity.
Activities for youth during Corona measures
The State has made money available for municipalities to organize activities for young people within applicable measures. Youth work, Scouting Rudyard Kipling and Halt offer activities for a wide range of young people of all ages. All youth from the municipalities may participate; it is not dependent on membership. The college is making a total of €16,522 available for this from these additional state funds.
Inadmissible objection
A letter claimed that the White Dog Trail project was not accounted for correctly financially. The municipality did not share that opinion. An objection was filed against it. The college declared that objection inadmissible. Insofar as the objection relates to powers of the council, the council must also make a decision on the objection. The council proposal for this will be submitted to the council for decision. In due course, the council decision will also be communicated to the court.
'Getting started with your home' incentive loan
The City Council passed a motion Verzilverlening on September 24, 2020. The aim here is to enable (older) homeowners to make their homes more sustainable and life-cycle-proof. This is a large and growing group of residents in Nuenen. Given the goals and effects mentioned in the Housing Program and the Sustainability Program, it is proposed to include the Verzilverlening loan as part of a broader instrument with several financial options, bundled in the so-called Stimuleringslening (via SVn, Stimuleringsfonds Volkshuisvesting). The council proposal for this will be submitted to the council for decision.
Adoption of zoning plan Rullen ongenummerd (near 13A) Ruimte voor Ruimte
The draft zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Rullen (near 13A) Ruimte voor Ruimte" was available for public inspection for a period of six weeks from December 9, 2020. Within this period, one view was submitted. The council proposal is submitted to the city council for decision-making.
Deferring date dissolving condition SOK Realignment 2017
The SOK Realignment states that it will be dissolved if the zoning plan Realignment Nuenen West is not irrevocable by March 19, 2021. As a result of the amended council decision regarding the Nuenen West access, this date is not feasible. In consultation, the parties have moved the date in question to January 1, 2022. The college agrees to this.
