2025 Annual Report on Child Care Oversight and Enforcement
Municipalities are responsible for overseeing and enforcing the quality of child care. The municipal executive must report on this annually to the Education Inspectorate. This annual report is sent to the council along with a council information letter.
The Executive Board has decided to adopt the 2025 Annual Report on Child Care Oversight and Enforcement and to forward the council briefing letter to the council.
Written questions regarding tiny houses on Witte Hondpad
On April 28, 2026, the Nuenen c.a. Coalition submitted written questions regarding the tiny houses on Witte Hondpad.
The council has decided to approve the letter responding to the written questions regarding the tiny houses on Witte Hondpad.
Launch of the public engagement process for the Nuenen-Zuid Development (ONZ)
With the “Ontwikkeling Nuenen-Zuid” (ONZ) participation program, the municipality is launching a comprehensive participatory approach to the redevelopment of the Kernkwartier, the Brabantring, and adjacent areas of Nuenen-Zuid. The participation plan outlines how residents, business owners, and other stakeholders will be involved in the planning and design of public spaces during various phases.
The executive board has decided to inform the council about the start of the participation process by means of a council information letter.
Written Questions on Grid Congestion and the Energy Transition
On May 7, 2026, PRO submitted written questions regarding grid congestion and the energy transition. The municipal executive has agreed to answer the questions in the attached letter.
