Extension of service agreement ODZOB 2025

As a participant in the joint arrangement since 2019, the municipality of Nuenen has entered into a service agreement (DVO) with the ODZOB that includes core provisions on delivery agreements, work agreements, archiving agreements, invoicing and rates.

The college decided to enter into the new Service Agreement 2025, retroactive to March 1, 2025 for an indefinite period.

Written question Water management and infrastructure Eeneind

Written questions were submitted by The Combination and W70 regarding water management and infrastructure in Eeneind.

The college decided to answer the written questions by letter.

Pre-advice merger Helpt Elkander and Wooninc.

In December 2024, Helpt Elkander and Wooninc. announced the start of a merger study. In the merger process, the Nuenen City Council, among others, will be asked to give an opinion. The college will send pre-advice to both corporations in anticipation, so that they can take it into account in their decision on the merger path.

The college agreed to the pre-opinion. 

Recovery decision zoning plan "Vinkenhofjes"

On May 21, 2025, the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State issued an interlocutory ruling on the "Vinkenhofjes" zoning plan.

In the interlocutory ruling, the appeals against the zoning plan were declared unfounded, with the exception of the substantiation that parking needs would be met in the new situation. It is now up to the municipal council to make a remedial decision. In doing so, it must be properly substantiated that the parking requirements can be met in the new situation.

The council proposal "Zoning Recovery Decision Vinkenhofjes" is presented to the council for decision.
