Funding activities NGN200 in 2021
In 2021 the municipality of Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten will celebrate 200 years. The established Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 200 Years Foundation will organize anniversary activities. For this they need a financial contribution from the municipality of Nuenen. The Municipal Executive decides to ask the Municipal Council to make a maximum amount of € 50,000 available for subsidy to the 'Nuenen, Gerwen, Nederwetten 200 Years' Foundation (NGN200), for organizing activities concerning the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the municipality of Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten. The grant will be divided among a number of activities and projects and awarded if the NGN200 foundation is able to obtain co-financing.
Decision on objection

Adopt draft council proposal and decision and draft youth policy
On November 17, 2020, the college adopted the draft youth policy. This concept was submitted to professionals working with youth and the partnerships appropriate education. Council proposal renovation The Hunger Man
Several variants have been developed for the renovation of the Hongerman. Based on an integral consideration, a preferred variant has been chosen, which the college, together with a proposal to make budget available, will submit to the city council for decision. The council proposal will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
Consideration framework for solar and wind energy
Nuenen receives requests in principle for solar and wind energy. In order to provide guidance for assessing these requests, an assessment framework has been drawn up. Administrative agreement 2021-2024 Arts Quarter Foundation
The Kunstkwartier Foundation offers artistic education in the municipalities of Nuenen, Helmond and Geldrop-Mierlo. The subsidy we provide is mainly for music lessons for children. For the part of the activities of Kunstkwartier that all 3 municipalities purchase, the municipalities have made agreements in a board agreement. A new board agreement 2021-2024 has been prepared. The college agrees to the board agreement 2021-2024 Arts Quarter Foundation, the mayor will sign the board agreement.
Principle request for care farm Rullen 1
Residents of Rullen 1 would like to modify the existing four premises at this location for the realization of a care farm for the purpose of day care for people with a (mildly) mental disability. The college decides to cooperate in starting the planning procedure for the development of a care farm. Initiator is informed about the decision of the college and the associated Requirements.
Cooperation agreement study Bundle Routes
The study Livability and accessibility Bundle Routes has been launched. In the fall, the study should lead to a detailed proposal for mobility and livability measures. Agreements have been made with the province about the division of roles and financial involvement in the study. These agreements can now be ratified by adopting and signing a cooperation agreement. An agreement will be entered into with the Province of North Brabant to regulate further agreements regarding the Nuenen liveability and accessibility study on bundle routes. The mayor is invited to sign the agreement.
Self-reporting ENSIA on BAG, BGT and BRO 2020
The municipality is legally obliged to complete an annual self-audit for the Basic Administration of Buildings (BAG), Basic Administration of Large-Scale Topography (BGT) and Basic Registration of Subsoil (BRO). The 2020 self-audits have been conducted and tested by the Uniform Standards Single Information Audit (ENSIA) authority. The college approves the accountability reports BAG, BGT and BRO for the year 2020.
Collective procurement of public charging infrastructure for charging electric cars
The municipality of Nuenen c.a. had previously joined a collective tender of the Provinces of Noord-Brabant and Limburg for the realization of e-charge posts in public spaces (as well as almost all other municipalities). This expired in 2020 and was re-launched in the market. Participation in this should be formally confirmed so that also in Nuenen c.a. residents and companies (who do not have parking facilities on their own premises) can again apply for a public charging station. Moreover, through the new tender, proactive efforts will be made to place charging stations at strategic locations. This will ultimately create a covering network of public charging stations in the municipality (and the region). The college agrees to participate in the collective tender for public charging infrastructure led by the Province of North Brabant.
