Covenant 2025 Dommelstroom Intervention Team (DIT).

The Police Basic Team Dommelstroom consists of the municipalities (Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende, Geldrop-Mierlo, Nuenen, Son en Breugel and Valkenswaard). Since 2019, those municipalities have been working together in the field of (complex) administrative enforcement under the name of the Dommelstroom Intervention Team (hereinafter: DIT). At the time, in order to formalize the cooperation, a covenant was drawn up. It has since transpired that the covenant has expired.

The college decided to adopt and sign the DIT Covenant 2025 with a term until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of tacit renewal for one year.

Decision on objection

On June 4, 2025, the college received a notice of objection directed against a May 1, 2025 letter from the college. 

The College decided to adopt the advice of the Objections Committee and declare the objection manifestly inadmissible. Objector will be informed by letter.

Civil works management plan 2025-2034

The municipality has and is responsible for the maintenance of its civil engineering structures, such as bridges, tunnels, overpasses, etc. These serve a great social interest. They should therefore function properly and meet the purpose for which they were constructed. A management plan has been drawn up for the management and maintenance of civil engineering structures.

The college has decided to adopt the Civil Engineering Works Management Plan 2025 - 2034.

Sewer life extension measures 2025

The budget includes investment credit for performing internal sewer repairs is. The work for this was recently put out to tender. The tender is slightly higher than the available credit. Before implementation can proceed, allocation of additional credit is necessary.

The college has decided that the investment credit for carrying out sewer repairs; may be exceeded by € 17,000, -. The corresponding capital charges will be charged to the sewerage provision. The additional credit with associated capital costs will be processed in the 2nd interim
report 2025.

Partial lifting of public law restrictions plots near Pinckart

The college has decided to partially remove public law restrictions on a real estate, located near the Pinckart 2 in Nuenen. Said public law restrictions do not relate to the parcel on which they are established and must be removed from the cadastral registration in connection with the sale of this parcel.

Annual Report 2024 Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost

In its meeting of July 3, 2025, the General Board of the Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost approved the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts. It also approved the Executive Board's proposal to have the negative result supplemented by the participating municipalities in accordance with the financial distribution key. The annual accounts close with a negative result of € 1,154,200.

The college decided to adopt the council information letter Annual Report 2024 Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost.

Implementation program 'Vision of Living, Welfare and Health'

The "Vision on Living, Welfare and Health" (hereinafter: the residential care vision) was adopted by the municipal council in October 2024. This residential care vision is the starting point for addressing the residential care challenges in the municipality of Nuenen. An implementation program has been created together with the stakeholders to translate the vision into implementation.

The college decided to adopt the implementation program vision Housing, Welfare and Health (2024) and to inform the council by a council information letter.
The college agreed to a letter responding to Senergiek's comments on the implementation program.
