Mandate Integration Act 2021 Nuenen
Since January 1, 2022, the Integration Act has been in effect. The official implementation, organization and policy developments of this Act have been placed with Dienst Dommelvallei. It is therefore logical to (sub)mandate the corresponding powers to the director of Dienst Dommelvallei.

The college also decided to grant a mandate to the PIP consultants of Werkpartners BV as part of the WSD group with regard to the implementation of the broad intake as well as the guidance of the person obliged to integrate in the field of the Integration Act 2021.
Desired mobility north edge Eindhoven metropolitan region
Over the past year, the State, Province and region have worked on a MIRT study to gain insight into the nature and scope of the urbanization and accessibility challenge in the Brainport region. This led to a vision on this development shared by the national, provincial and regional governments. The region has a substantial urbanization task. To achieve this task and at the same time keep the region accessible and livable, a transformation of the regional mobility system is necessary. Together we are committed to mobility transition, which aims to achieve a different distribution and use of infrastructure.
The northern edge is a Map with an indicative picture of the effects of this mobility transition for 4 municipalities. The college has adopted the (sub-)regional vision document 'desirable image mobility northern edge Metro-pole region Eindhoven' and the desirable image bicycle route network. The council information letter is adopted and sent to the council members.
