Signing plan compensation agreement Sand Street 29
On September 3, 2019, the college decided that it is in principle willing to cooperate with an amendment to the Buitengebied zoning plan for the purpose of adjusting the building area at Stal de Kim on Zandstraat 29 in Nederwetten. The corresponding planning damage compensation agreement and agreement remittance landscape incorporation are now ready and will be signed by the mayor.
Adjustment product map for vocational therapy PDC Youth Aid
Occupational therapy can be a good complement to other forms of treatment. The current rate is higher than in other regions and we reimburse more sessions. The college decides to lower the rate per session from € 79.20 to € 73.53 (price level 2021) and to lower the maximum number of sessions from 20 + 20 extensions to 20 + 10 extensions. The new rate and maximum will take effect January 1, 2021. The current decisions will not be adjusted (mortality construction).
2021 funding agreements and content partnership covenant A 10 for youth
In 2019, the municipalities working together within "A 10 for Youth" established a procurement strategy. In it, youth care was divided into five segments. The procurement for segment 1 (high complex Health) and segment 2 (residential) has been postponed. Agreed to the addendum stating that the seven system providers will receive a "pure lump sum" in 2021. This is a predetermined, fixed budget for the deployment of all forms of assistance for which the provider is contracted. The covenant with the cooperation agreements between the eleven participating municipalities and
the seven system providers is established.
Youth CarePlus procurement 2021 through 2024
JeugdzorgPlus is the admission of youth in a closed institution. This form of youth care is procured supra-regionally for the Southeast Netherlands region. The municipality of Eindhoven represents the Southeast Brabant region. The college decides to approve the proposed contracting of the JeugdzorgPlus product with the providers Bijzonder Jeugdwerk, OG Heldringstichting and Via Jeugd Icarus for the years 2021 to 2024 with the possibility of extension.
Sale of housing lot De Spijkert 23 in Eeneind
To sell the De Spijkert 23 housing lot in accordance with the attached sales agreement prepared for that purpose and the purchase price and Requirements set forth therein.
Application for one-time grant viewing box route
The Dwèrs on Ice Foundation has applied for an occasional grant to organize and hold the "Dwèrse Winter Walk" viewing box tour during the 2020/2021 Christmas vacations. Requested is a grant of €8,500.00. The college decides to facilitate this initiative exceptionally, given the corona situation, because it offers the opportunity to still showcase some small activities during a period when all activities have been canceled. The requested grant will be provided.
Subsidy ceiling "Social Housing Subsidy Ordinance 2019" period 01-01-2021 to 30-06-2021
Setting a grant ceiling under the "Social Public Housing Grant Ordinance 2019" prevents an open-ended nature of the grant scheme. The subsidy ceiling for the "Subsidy Ordinance Social Housing 2019" for the period January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 is set at €125,000.
Zoning plan "Recreational Gate Beekstraat Nuenen"
The draft Recreational Gateway Beekstraat zoning plan was available for review for six weeks from December 20, 2019. During that period, 34 views were submitted. After considering the views, the conclusion must be drawn that the college is going to propose to the council not to adopt a zoning plan.
