Decision on objection
On Dec. 1, 2023, the college received a notice of objection, directed against a letter dated Oct. 24, 2023, regarding the cutting of a tree.
The College decided to adopt the opinion of the Objections Committee and declare the objection manifestly inadmissible.

Decision on objection
On February 2, 2024, the college received a notice of objection, directed against the December 7, 2023 decision on a Woo request. On March 13, 2024, the college received a notice of objection, directed against a March 7, 2024 notice.

Regional mobility cooperation agreement
Within the cooperation Metropoolregie Eindhoven, 21 municipalities work together on the theme of mobility. The municipalities want to lay down agreements about this in a cooperation agreement. This cooperation agreement is in the form of a light joint arrangement.
The college decided to agree to enter into the cooperation agreement subject to the council's approval.
The council proposal Cooperation Agreement Regional Mobility is submitted to the council for decision.
The mayor authorizes Alderman Löwik (in the role of portfolio holder for mobility) to sign the Cooperation Agreement Regional Mobility on behalf of the mayor.
New administrative agreement framework for coordination and initial reception of displaced persons from Ukraine
The college takes note of the agreements at the national level to work from 2024 with a new Administrative Agreements Framework in anticipation of the entry into force of the Temporary Reception Act Ukraine.
The college has agreed to Eindhoven's role as the center municipality for our region in which Eindhoven will take over the role of the security region.
The college authorizes the municipality of Eindhoven to carry out the operational coordination and first reception of displaced persons from Ukraine on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen and to apply for the specific allowance. As a result, Eindhoven will receive compensation under the "First reception of displaced persons Ukraine by regional public bodies".
Framework note
In accordance with the Financial Regulation 2023, the college presents the council with a framework memorandum proposing the policies and financial frameworks of the budget for the next fiscal year and the multi-year estimate. We submit to the council in this framework memorandum which issues should be prioritized. With this we create the basis for presenting a balanced budget after the summer.
The council proposal Framework Memorandum 2025 is presented to the council for decision.
Council information letter extension CNO
The college decided to inform the City Council via a council information letter about the extension of the crisis emergency shelter in the courtyard of City Hall.
