Sanctions policy

With the coming into force of the Act on Standardization of the Legal Status of Civil Servants (Wnra), the framework of possible disciplinary measures in the current collective bargaining agreement for municipalities has lapsed. However, there is a need for a framework for imposing sanctions for culpable acts or omissions by a civil servant. The works council has agreed to the sanctions policy. The college takes note of the response of the works council and adopts the sanctions policy.

Adoption of draft Program and Schedule of Educational Housing Facilities 2022

The college adopts the Program and Overview Educational Housing 2022 in concept.
The draft will be discussed with three school boards, namely De Eenbes, PlatOO and OMO. When the City Council makes the requested funds available, the Educational Housing Program and Overview 2022 will be finalized.
