Amended decision on objection
By decision dated May 31, 2023, the college decided to declare unfounded an objection to a decision dated November 30, 2022, to reject enforcement requests with respect to the Eeneind 32 parcel. This was appealed and the East Brabant District Court partially overturned the contested decision of May 31, 2023, requiring the college to now make an amended decision on the objection.
The college decided to amend the decision of May 31, 2023, and to declare the part of the objection that concerns the violation on parcel C3985 well-founded and to decide that an order under penalty is imposed imposing the following: within 4 weeks from the date of the decision, terminate and keep terminated the activities in the annex of Eeneind 32 in violation of Article 14.4.1 under b of the zoning plan because he is not an occupant there.
The remaining parts of the contested decision of May 31, 2023 are upheld.
Grant application earmarked social housing reserve project Vinkenhofjes
Helpt Elkander will construct 76 social housing units in the existing Vinkenhofjes complex. Helpt Elkander applied for a subsidy for this project from the Social Housing earmarked reserve, also known as the Social Housing Fund. This fund is intended to stimulate the construction of social housing and increase the stock of social housing in the municipality. The grant application has been reviewed against the Social Housing Grant Ordinance 2019.
The college decided to award Helpt Elkander a grant of € 570,000, - from the Social Housing earmarked reserve for the construction of 76 social housing units within the Vinkenhofjes.
