Updating procurement policies
On December 13, 2016, the college adopted a purchasing and procurement policy. We want to update this policy in which procurement also pays attention to social themes. In addition, 7 levels of ambition have been defined by the Bizob and we are also including these principles in the procurement and tendering policy.
The college has decided, in addition to the procurement policy, to agree to use ambition level 5 as a starting point, according to which procurement and tendering adds value to the own organization (this can be in the area of social values, sustainability, financial benefit). The following themes will be developed in this regard: Circularity, Sustainability, Climate and Social Return.
Amended adoption of zoning plan Realignment Nuenen West, revision Opwettenseweg next to no. 189 and next to no. 191
Two initiators each want to build a house next to Opwettenseweg 189 and next to Opwettenseweg 191. The draft zoning plan has been available for inspection. No views were submitted. Due to a changed insight, the explanation for the noise aspect has been adjusted. The council proposal 'Zoning plan Re-evaluation Nuenen West, revision Opwettenseweg next to no. 189 and next to no. 191' is submitted to the council for decision-making.
Framework land prices and operating contribution 2024
The 2019-2023 Land Policy Memorandum states that land prices and operating contributions are set annually. This is done by adopting the Land Prices and Operating Contributions Framework document. The updated framework includes the land prices and operating contributions for 2024.

Interim report fall 2023
As part of the planning and control cycle, we prepare interim reports twice a year. This is how we inform the council about financial developments. In doing so, we propose changes to the budget of the current fiscal year so that the budget is up-to-date. In addition, we provide concise information on the progress of major projects and the social domain. The council proposal "Interim report autumn 2023" is submitted to the council for decision. The college has agreed to pay the energy surcharge 2023 in advance of the council's adoption of the interim report and associated budget amendment.
The college has decided to deposit € 1,000,000 from the favorable result into an appropriated reserve Personnel costs investment projects, to cover expected higher capital costs due to the allocation of personnel costs to long-term projects.
Redevelopment site Bosweg - frameworks for board order
As a result of the September 6, 2023 image-forming evening, it was decided to submit a council proposal to the City Council containing the administrative frameworks for the redevelopment of the site. In addition to the desired outcome, the main associated frameworks (money/time/quality) are also established in advance. The council proposal asks for approval of the desired result and the associated frameworks .

Fee Ordinance 2024 including fee table
The council proposal "Fee Ordinance 2024 including fee table" is presented to the council for decision.
KVO-B covenant
A certification process KVO-B (Keurmerk Veilig Ondernemen Bedrijventerreinen) has been started for the business parks. With the "Keurmerk Veilig Ondernemen" certificate, cooperation can be made visible. A successful audit for certification took place on October 3, 2023. After obtaining the certificate, the cooperation will be recorded in writing in a covenant. The college decided to enter into the covenant "Hallmark Safe Enterprise Business Parks Een-eind I, II and Eeneind II - Zuid (Collse Heide) and Berkenbos (De Pinckart, Spegelt, Duivendijk and Cockeveld) in Nuenen" with the police, Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost / Fire Department and Stichting Parkmanagement Nuenen.
Authorization is granted to Alderman Van Stiphout to sign the covenant.
