Updating Regulation on Complaint Handling

The method of handling complaints is set forth in the 2006 Complaint Handling Ordinance. This regulation is in need of updating.
 

The college has decided to adopt the Nuenen 2024 Complaint Handling Regulation, insofar as it concerns the authority of the college and the mayor.
It has also been decided to repeal the 2006 Complaint Handling Regulation, insofar as it concerns the authority of the college and the mayor.
The council proposal to update the Complaint Handling Regulation will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
