Recalibration of municipal fund
The request from three aldermen of finance is to submit substantive objections to the recalibration of the municipal fund via a letter on behalf of the three colleges.
The college agreed to the letter sent on behalf of the three colleges.
Preschool hourly rate adjustment 2022
Pursuant to the Implementation regulation for toddler work and pre-school education Nuenen, the college grants the holder of a registered location a subsidy for the implementation of toddler work and pre-school education. The implementation regulation stipulates that an hourly rate for this is determined annually by the college. The college has agreed to adjust the hourly rate from €10.13 to €10.22 as of January 1, 2022. The hourly rate will be supplemented incidentally in 2022 with € 0.30 under Requirements that extra effort is made by the providers.
The college decided to adopt the amended "Implementing Regulation on Preschool Work and Early Childhood Education," because deployment of a pedagogical assistant is mandatory from Jan. 1, 2022.
Financing Safe Home Southeast Brabant 2022 - 2023
The college has agreed to the multi-year budget 2022 through 2024 of Safe Home Southeast Brabant and has decided to make an annual amount of € 133,257 available. The college has agreed to index this amount annually with the Government Contribution to Labor Cost Development (OVA) in the years 2022 through 2024. The college grants an authorization to Safe Home for the deployment of crisis assistance as of January 1, 2022 and withdraws the authorization Emergency Health to Youth Protection Brabant as of January 1, 2022.
Work Plan 21 for Youth 2022
The college has agreed to the Work Plan 21 for Youth 2022 and is making an amount of €12,152 available for 2022. The work plan defines the regional procurement of youth aid for 2022. Alderman Richters of Eindhoven is authorized to sign on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen the "cooperation agreement Bovenregionaal Expertisenetwerk Jeugd Brabant/Zeeland and representation of municipalities/ Regional ExpertTeams". This allows resources from the Bovenregionaal Expertise Netwerk to be used for the further development of the Regional Expert Team. The Expert Team is a means to lead youth with complex problems to appropriate Health.
Grant funding 2022 Center Management Foundation
The Foundation Centrum Management Nuenen has applied for the annual subsidy for the benefit of the center management in the center of Nuenen. The college has decided to grant a subsidy for the year 2022 of up to € 71,631 to the Foundation Centrum Management Nuenen. The Stichting Centrum Management Nuenen will be informed of the decision by letter.
Decision on objection to denial of special assistance
Objection to decision dated June 18, 2021 denying request for special assistance for administration costs and court fees on the grounds that the occupant had sufficient capacity on date of application to meet the requested expenses.
The college agreed to declare the appeal against the contested decision admissible and agreed to declare the appeal against the contested decision unfounded, in accordance with the committee's opinion. The college agreed to uphold the contested decision dated June 18, 2021, and to reject the request for procedural cost reimbursement.
Decision on objection to denial of special assistance
Objection to decision dated July 15, 2021, rejecting the request for special assistance for dental expenses due to the existence of a prior provision. The college agreed to declare the appeal against the contested decision admissible and agreed to declare the appeal against the contested decision unfounded, in accordance with the committee's opinion. The college agreed to uphold the contested decision.
Service Agreement (DVO) procurement of youth aid municipality of Eindhoven 2022-2023
The college decided to agree with the updated DVO for 2022 and 2023 and the costs for these services. The college decided to grant mandate to the college of the municipality of Eindhoven to enter into or terminate agreements on behalf of the municipality of Nuenen with service providers for specialized forms of youth aid and Safe Home. The municipality of Eindhoven may amend these agreements if the participating municipalities are informed in advance and motivated. The amendment may not have a higher financial impact than 6.5% of the total contract value per calendar year for all participating municipalities. The college decided to give power of attorney to the Mayor of the Municipality of Eindhoven to sign agreements. The college authorizes the college of Eindhoven to grant sub-mandates. The college agreed to the cost for this service of €11,807 per year.
