Adoption Regional (MRE) agreements ground agreements low voltage Enexis
Further agreements have been reached in a regional context (MRE) with Enexis regarding land agreements for transformer boxes for the low-voltage network.
The college agreed to additional agreements for land agreements low voltage between MRE municipalities and Enexis. The college expresses preference for establishing a right of superficies as a starting point for future transactions.
Extension of residency waiver Alderman Kok
Alderman Kok does not live in the municipality of Nuenen c.a. and therefore does not meet the residency requirement. The council granted exemption for a period of one year (until June 15, 2025). The dispensation may be extended in special cases, each time for a maximum of one year. The council is requested to extend the waiver.
The council proposal "renewal of waiver of residency requirement of Alderman Kok" is presented to the council for decision.
2024 Implementation and Enforcement Report and 2025 Implementation and Enforcement Program
The college must provide for licensing, supervision and enforcement of the
Environmental Law annually prepare an implementation program and report on the past year. The 2025 Implementation and Enforcement Program lists the main activities the municipality plans to carry out in 2025. The 2024 Implementation and Enforcement Report describes the implementation of licensing, supervision and enforcement tasks in environmental law for 2024.
The college decided to adopt the 2024 Implementation and Enforcement Report and the 2025 Implementation and Enforcement Program with accompanying appendices as one combined document and to announce it to the municipal council and to send it for notification to the Intergovernmental Supervisor of the Province of Brabant, the Police, the Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO) and the Omgevingsdienst Zuidoost-Brabant (ODZOB).
Annual Report on Undermining Dommelstroom 2024
Through the Annual Report on Undermining Dommelstroom 2024, the college accounts for its approach to tackling undermining crime in the Dommelstroom base team.
The college took note of the Annual Report on Undermining Dommelstroom 2024.
The council will be informed of the annual report through a council information letter.
The annual report is actively communicated through a press release.
Viewing budget 2026 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region
The council is given the opportunity to submit an opinion on the draft budget 2026 Metropoolregio Eindhoven. The college proposes that the council take advantage of this opportunity.
The council proposal "Zienswijze begroting 2026 Metropoolregio Eindhoven" is submitted to the council for decision.
Budget 2026-2029 Dommelvallei Service including 1st budget amendment 2025
The Executive Board must give the councils of the participating municipalities the opportunity to express their views on the draft (multi-year) budget and the draft budget amendment (in any case if the municipal contribution is increased). The General Board will take the submitted views into account when adopting the 2026-2029 multi-year budget and the 1st budget amendment 2025.
The college proposes that the council take advantage of this opportunity and adopt a

The financial consequences for the year 2025 of the 1st budget amendment 2025 Dommelvallei Service will be processed at the 1st Turap 2025 and the financial consequences for the budget 2026-2029 will be included in the preparation of the program budget 2026- 2029.

Appoint members for the board of the business management organization Dienst Dommel Vallei (DDV)
With the conversion of the DDV to a corporate organization, the governance (board) changes. Article 8 of the Joint Arrangement provides that the colleges each appoint the mayor and an Alderman as members of the board. It also provides that colleges appoint deputies.
The college decided to appoint Mayor M. van Toorenburg and Alderman N. Wouters as members of the board of the business management organization Dienst Dommel Vallei.
