RIB Housing Needs Study,
Housing Planning and Progress Program Housing.
A housing needs survey was conducted for the SGE, at the same time a similar survey was conducted by corporations. Both surveys are linked and explained in a layover note. An annual overview of the planning capacity in our municipality is sent to the province and the region. This is now presented in simplified form for adoption.
The college takes note of the regional SGE Housing Needs Survey and the housing needs survey of the regional corporations. In addition, the college decides to adopt the simplified planning capacity matrix.
Finally, the college adopts a council information letter on the regional surveys (demand), the matrix of planning capacity (supply) and the progress of the Housing Program and is sent to the council for information.
New backstop agreement WSW
The Social Housing Guarantee Fund (WSW) guarantees loans from housing corporations. If a housing corporation defaults on interest and redemption payments, the WSW takes over these payments. The WSW pays this from its own capital and by requesting money from other corporations. Only when that is insufficient, the state and municipalities come into the picture as backstop to provide interest-free loans to the WSW. A new backstop agreement is now before us, with a number of changes that clarify the position of the WSW with respect to participating corporations and the backstops. The college agrees to enter into a new backstop agreement effective August 1, 2021.
Adjust mandate decisions
The mission and vision of the civil service organization and the introduction of HR21 lead to adjustment of the mandate registers. The college adopts the mandate frameworks and mandate registers.
The mandate registers general, Development and Enforcement, Society and Public Works are adopted.
Drawing sheet Wmo guidance
Wmo guidance is being jointly procured with 21 municipalities in the region. The procurement procedure can be made more efficient by using one uniform working method. This will reduce the administrative burden for all participating municipalities. In that context, a signed signature sheet will be used in advance so that documents do not have to be signed separately for each provider and for each municipality.
Mayor Houben will sign the signature sheet Agreement Guidance on behalf of the college.
Requests in principle for houses Opwettenseweg next to no. 189 and next to no. 191
Two initiators have submitted a preliminary consultation plan for the construction of a home with an entrance driveway. They want to build these houses next to Opwettenseweg 189 and next to Opwettenseweg 191.
Under Requirements , cooperation is granted in principle to the pre-consultation plans. A single zoning plan will be prepared on behalf of the municipality. The costs of drafting the zoning plan will be charged to the two initiators and an anterior agreement and planning compensation agreement will be concluded with the individual initiators.
