Removing parking spaces from public roads
A request has been received to remove parking spaces from the public highway. These are public parking spaces that have been public since the development of the neighborhood. The parking spaces are largely located on the applicants' property. The municipality and the applicants have discussed this matter on several occasions. Because this involves removing parking spaces from public roads, a council decision is required.
The council proposal "Removal of parking spaces for Tweevoren 12 on public roads" is submitted to the council for decision-making.
Decision on objection
Three objections have been lodged against the environmental permit granted on June 10, 2025, for the construction of an annex. The objections committee recommends that the three objections lodged be declared inadmissible.
The council, adopting the advice of the appeals committee, has decided to declare the three appeals inadmissible.
The appellants and the permit holder will be informed of this decision by letter.
College proposal Opinion on draft Regional Policy Plan 2027-2030 VRBZO
Under the Joint Arrangement for the Brabant-Zuidoost Safety Region, the board is obliged to give the councils of the participating municipalities the opportunity to express their views on the draft Regional Policy Plan. VRBZO has sent the draft Regional Policy Plan 2027-2030 to the council for this purpose.
