Regional Cooperation Uniek Sporten Zuid Brabant
To properly organize and profile adapted sports in the South Brabant region, the cooperation agreement Uniek Sporten was concluded in 2019 between the municipalities of Bladel, Bergeijk, Cranendonk, Eersel, Eindhoven, Geldrop-Mierlo, Heeze-Leende, Oirschot, Reusel-de Mierden, Son en Breugel, Valkenswaard and Veldhoven.
The college has decided to participate in the regional cooperation Uniek Sporten Zuid Brabant as of January 1, 2023 and to the to enter into the cooperation agreement. The college agreed to grant a power of attorney to the Development Department Manager to sign the cooperation agreement.
Provision of personal data for the Regional Approach to Youth Unemployment.
Currently, the labor market is tight and (youth) unemployment is falling. Nevertheless, there is a need to intensify the approach. To further reduce youth unemployment, a Regional Plan of Action has been drawn up in the labor market region of Southeast Brabant. Part of this plan is to proactively approach young people up to the age of 27 without a starting qualification, who are not working, not in education and not receiving benefits. This requires personal information from the Basic Registration of PersonsBRP).
The college decided to request authorization from the National Office for Identity Data to provide data from the Basic Register of Persons for the purpose of the Regional Approach to Youth Unemployment.
Volunteer Award 2022
The City Council decided to award an annual volunteer award and youth ribbon as a symbolic token of appreciation for all volunteers in the municipality. The volunteer of the year is chosen by an independent advisory committee. The presentation of the award (a sum of money for the nominated association and a statuette for the volunteer) will take place during the New Year's reception on January 2, 2023.
The college agreed to the proposal of the Nuenen c.a. Volunteer Award Committee.
Energy poverty action plan
Rising energy costs are causing more and more households to struggle to pay their energy bills. The government has allocated € 284,451 to the municipality of Nuenen from the funds for energy poverty and the National Insulation Program. For the spending of these funds, a plan of action has been made to structurally reduce the energy consumption of residents experiencing energy poverty. A white goods scheme is part of this.
The college decided to approve the Energy Poverty Action Plan.
The college decided to adopt the grant scheme "Energy poverty - white goods scheme 2022". A mandate is granted to the Regional Energy Desk and Groupcard for the implementation of the subsidy scheme "Energy poverty - white goods scheme 2022" as proposed in the "plan of approach framework card system".
The council will be informed by a Council information letter.
Establish procurement strategy and mandate tender documents, (preliminary) award and agreement
Public Space Outdoor's truck is technically and economically depreciated. The cost of purchasing a new car exceeds the European limit amount. Therefore, a European procurement procedure must be carried out for this. Determination of the procurement strategy tender documents, (preliminary) award and agreement are not mandated.
The college decided to adopt the procurement strategy for the purchase of a new truck.
Adopt program and overview 2023 education housing ordinance
The college finalizes the program and overview educational housing 2023. The draft has been the subject of Agreement-Oriented Consultation (OOGO) with school boards De Eenbes, PlatOO and OMO. The city council has made the requested funds available in the 2023-2026 multi-year budget. The amount will be made available in two installments in 2023 and 2024. The standard amounts applicable in that year will be used. The college sets an amount of €895,130 for 2023 and sends school board PlatOO a decision on this.
The college decided to finalize the program and overview of educational housing 2023. An amount of €895,130 will be made available for 2023.The decision for 2023 will be sent to PlatOO.
Agreement of intent Experimentation scheme cooperation PO Helmond-Peelland
The college approved the signing of the declaration of intent "Together for every child, because every child has a right to education," between municipalities from the Helmond-Peelland PO (SWV) cooperation region, the SWV PO, the SWV VO, the care office, educational boards and care providers.
The college mandated the Alderman social domain to sign the letter of intent on behalf of the college.
Council proposal Viewpoint Collaboration Agreement 2023 - 2026 MRE
The term of the current Cooperation Agreement 2019 - 2022 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region expires at the end of 2022. Therefore, over the past year we have been working on a new cooperation agreement for the administration period 2023 - 2026. Recently, the Executive Board MRE released the draft cooperation agenda 2023 - 2026 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region and gave the council the opportunity to submit an opinion.
To submit the council proposal Zienswijze Samenwerkingsakkoord 2023 - 2026 Metropoolregio Eindhoven to the council for decision.
Request in principle Stad van Gerwen 3b
An initiator has submitted a request in principle to remediate the existing (pig) stables at Stad van Gerwen 3b and develop a Room for Space home on site.
The college decided not to approve the request in principle and to inform the initiator accordingly.
