ENSIA 2020 DigiD and SUWI Nuenen

The college of the municipality of Nuenen accounts for the year 2020 on the state of information security within the municipal organization. Accountability for DigiD and Suwinet is provided in the college statement. The council information letter is adopted.

Appointment Branka Vuksanovic TRK

Due to the expiration of the appointment term of the member Architecture of the Spatial Quality Team, a new candidate has been recruited. On the recommendation of the selection committee, Ms. Branka Vuksanovic will be appointed as a member of Architecture of the Spatial Quality Team for a term of 3 years from April 20, 2021.

Signing antecedent agreement Opwettenseweg

Agree to the antecedent and planning compensation agreement for the realization of child care and day care for the elderly in the former farmhouse Opwettenseweg 132.

Land exchange Vorsterdijk 16c

For the recalibration, the Nuenen West plan was modified. As a result, the location of the three building lots has changed. Land exchange between the owner of the building lots and the municipality is therefore necessary. After cadastral subdivision, it turned out that the area (number of m2) for the building lots does not correspond to the original agreements. The exchange agreement has been adjusted accordingly. The amended land exchange agreement is approved under the Requirements included in the agreement.

Council information letter sustainable agriculture

In the preparation of the environmental vision, ZLTO presented its vision on agriculture to the college and the council. The council information letter indicates the college's vision for the development of agriculture in Nuenen. Knowledge is taken of the vision on agriculture of the ZLTO. The vision will be included as an outlook on the environmental vision. The council information letter will be sent to the council.

Annual report 2020 municipality of Nuenen

The 2020 financial statements of the municipality of Nuenen are ready in draft form. The college now approves them so that the auditor can begin the audit. After the audit, the final annual documents will return to the college at the end of May, including the auditor's report and council proposal. Consent was given to the draft 2020 annual accounts for the purpose of the audit.
