Annual Report of Objections and Complaints Committee 2024
The Objections and Complaints Committee of the Municipality of Nuenen shall submit an annual report on its activities to the Municipal Board. The report is brought to the attention of the town council.
The college took note of the annual report of the Objections and Complaints Committee for the year 2024. The annual report is presented to the City Council for information via a council information letter.
Insulating the Green Zone: agreement Local Approach to Insulation (Spuk-Lai)
Green Zone Insulation relieves residents in making their homes more sustainable. From the Specific Allowance Local Approach to Insulation (Spuk-Lai) and Energy Poverty (EA), residents can, under Requirements, receive a discount on insulation measures. The implementing party, Profit from Your Home (WujW), uses a Suspense Account to pass on the rebate amounts on insulation measures directly to residents.
The college decided to enter into the Spuk-Lai agreement with Profit from Your Home and the Intermediate Account Foundation. The rebate amounts per target group will be determined and SPUK-Lai and EA funds will be used for this purpose.
Council proposal Construction loan expansion elementary school The Most Beautiful Blue
In 2023 and 2024, a construction credit was made available to school board PlatOO for an expansion of the building of elementary school Het Mooiste Blauw with five classrooms on its own premises. The building credit amounts to €1,904,033. This credit appears to be insufficient. The council is asked to provide an additional credit of € 900,000.

Demolition Molenkamp 36 at Nuenen
The College of B&W is requested to take a decision to demolish the premises Molenkamp 36 in Nuenen (including demolition of the passage to Molenkamp 34 in Nuenen). The plot can then be used by the municipality to improve the quality of the business park.
The college has decided to demolish the property Molenkamp 36 in Nuenen. The remaining subsidy will be used for the demolition. The deficit will be supplemented from the Spatial Development budget.
Council proposal management and maintenance cemetery Old Lands
In 2011, the City Council decided to outsource the management and maintenance of the Oude Landen cemetery to the Stichting Beheer Gemeentelijke Begraafplaats Oude Landen. Recent developments have led to the desire to transfer the management and maintenance of the Oude Landen cemetery to the municipality by the end of 2025.
The council proposal "Old Lands Cemetery Management and Maintenance" is presented to the council for decision.
Written questions from VVD group regarding new Blink building
The VVD group has submitted written questions about the new building of Blink. The college has decided to answer the questions posed through a letter.
Decision on application for environmental permit Eeneind-West
An environmental permit has been requested for the construction and use of 3 distribution centers at the Collse Hoefdijk in Nuenen (location Eeneind-West). The draft environmental permit decision Eeneind-West has been made available for inspection. During the period of public inspection over 1500 views were submitted to the municipality. The issues raised in the views are bundled and summarized in the note of views and provided with a municipal response.
The college decided to grant the permit and agreed to the note of views. The council will be informed via a council information letter.
