Financial regulation and control regulation update
The financial regulation and the audit regulation must be updated based on articles 212 and 213 of the Municipal Law. This is particularly necessary due to the shift of legitimacy accountability from the auditor to the municipal executive.
The college approved the updated financial regulation and the updated audit regulation. These will be forwarded to the City Council through the Audit Committee.
Review of Enodedreef 8 zoning plan.
From September 15, 2022, the preliminary draft zoning plan to make one Space for Space at Enodedreef 8 was available for public inspection for six weeks. The Province of North Brabant indicated in its public comment that it would not cooperate with this development.
The college decided not to proceed with the zoning plan "Buitengebied, revision Enodedreef 8 Ruimte voor Ruimte" and to terminate the anterior plan compensation agreement.
Council information letter regarding tender The Green Zone Isolate
On December 15, 2022, the City Council decided to participate in the regional project "Isolate the Green Zone" (DGZ-I). The next process step is to launch a European tender with the aim of contracting an executing party (Service Provider).
The college approved the council information letter on this topic. The council information letter will be forwarded to the council.
