Decision on Objection Board

During a comprehensive check in the outlying area on June 23, 2020, a check took place in a residential house on the Boord. A warrant was issued for this entry. The resident objected to this. Following the advice of the Objections Committee, the objection is upheld. The committee concluded that there was insufficient reason to enter the house. The decision was revoked by letter.

Rate works for third parties 2021

For work the municipality performs for third parties, the college must set the rates. By choosing a determination basis, the rates can be easily and unambiguously redetermined annually. The college sets the rates works for third parties 2021 and agreed to the basis on which the rates are based.

The appeals committee recommends that the appeals be declared unfounded. The college accepts this advice. The objectors will be informed by letter.
