Draft Buitengebied zoning plan, revision Hool 1 and ong.
The college has previously approved a request in principle for the realization of one Room for Space (RvR) home on the plot Hool ong. (near Hool 1) in Nuenen. With the approval of this draft zoning plan, the spatial procedure will be formally started and interested parties will be given the opportunity to submit their views.
The college decided to agree with the draft zoning plan 'Buitengebied, herziening Hool 1 en ong.' and decided to publish it and to make it available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks. With regard to this plan, the college decided to refrain from public participation via a Uniform Public Preparation Procedure and not to first submit it for public inspection as a preliminary zoning plan. The college has decided that no exploitation plan needs to be drawn up and has agreed to the conclusion from the explanatory statement that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.
Decision 2024 construction credit expansion The Most Beautiful Blue
In late 2022, the college finalized the 2023 Educational Housing Program and Survey. The City Council made the requested funds available in the 2023-2026 multi-year budget. The amount will be made available in two installments in 2023 and 2024.
The college decided to make available a provisional amount of € 895,132 for 2024 and to send a decision for 2024 to PlatOO. The college agreed to include an amount of € 113,771 in the first Turap 2024 and that in the first turap 2024 it would be proposed that the amount be covered from the inflation adjustment item. The college agreed to send the decision after adoption of the Turap by the council.
Draft zoning plan Laar 22
The draft zoning plan 'Laar 22' concerns a partial revision of the zoning plan 'Gerwen' adopted in 2009. This zoning plan allows for the development of 4 lifelong housing units.
The college does not want to see construction in the second line at these, as well as similar locations, unless there is an inner area that is contiguous and fully urbanized and which guarantees accessibility and transit. The present plan does not provide for this. The plan is therefore not (yet) submitted for public inspection.
Zoning plan review Beekstraat 48, expansion of building area manege Hooidonk.
On December 10, 2022, it was approved on behalf of the college to start the procedure to revise the zoning plan in connection with the enlargement of the building area of the riding school at Beekstraat 48 in Nuenen for the realization of a second riding hall. Prior to going through the planning procedure, an anterior agreement and planning loss compensation agreement was agreed upon with the initiator. Meanwhile, the draft draft zoning plan 'Beekstraat 48 Nuenen' has been reviewed and the plan can now be submitted for public inspection as a draft zoning plan. The college has agreed with the conclusion from the explanatory statement and has decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.

Draft zoning plan Papenvoortse Heide 3, 4 Space for Space lots
Initiator has submitted a request to develop at Papenvoortse Heide 3, four Ruimte voor Ruimte dwellings. The preliminary zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Papenvoortse Heide" was available for public inspection for eight weeks from July 18, 2023. Two public comments were submitted and a preliminary consultation response was received from the province and the water board. The treatment of the reactions have been reflected in the memo of public participation and pre-consultation. The zoning plan can now be submitted for public inspection as a draft zoning plan.
The college agreed with the conclusion of the explanation and decided that no environmental impact assessment (EIA) is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.
The college decided to adopt the memo of public participation and preliminary consultation of the preliminary zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Papenvoortse Heide 3" and to make it available for public inspection for six weeks.
Zoning plan review for redevelopment Town of Gerwen 9, 9a-b
The Town of Gerwen 9, 9a-b zoning revision includes a rezoning of the existing dairy farm to a horse boarding and arable farm. In addition, the current company residence (Stad van Gerwen 9) will be converted to a civilian residence and the existing informal care home (Stad van Gerwen 9a) will be rezoned as a company residence.
The college agreed with the conclusion of the explanatory statement and decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan. The college decided to agree to the draft zoning plan revision Town of Gerwen 9, 9a-b. and decided to adopt the draft decision "higher value" of the Noise Abatement Act for the new company residence within the zoning plan revision Buitengebied, Town of Gerwen 9, 9a-b."
With regard to this plan, the college decided to refrain from public participation through a Uniform Public Preparation Procedure.

Emmahof draft zoning plan
The draft 'Emmahof' zoning plan concerns a partial revision of the 'Nuenen-northwest' zoning plan adopted in 2013. This zoning plan allows for the development of a total of 12 senior housing units on a vacant lot on Emmastraat where an elementary school used to be.
The college decided to agree with the conclusion of the notification memorandum 'formvrije EIA assessment homes Emmahof' and decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.
The college approved the draft zoning plan 'Emmahof, Nuenen.
With regard to this plan, the college decided to refrain from public participation via a Uniform Public Preparation Procedure. The draft zoning plan 'Emmahof, Nuenen' will be made available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks and simultaneously with the publication of the provision for public inspection, the publication 'prior notice' will also be announced.
Draft zoning plan Mountain 62
The draft zoning plan 'Berg 62' is a partial revision of zoning plan 'Nuenen Centrum 2012' and provides for the addition of 16 (rental) apartments at the location in question. This zoning plan also seeks to remove the 'retail' function indication at this location.
The college has agreed with the conclusion from the Notification Memorandum 'Form-Free EIA' and has decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.
The college has decided to approve the draft zoning plan 'Berg 62'.

Simultaneously with the publication of the draft zoning plan for public inspection, the publication 'preliminary announcement' will also be announced.
Anterior agreement redevelopment Berg 62
On April 25, 2023, the college approved a request in principle to cooperate to change the zoning plan for location Berg 62 to realize residential construction. It concerns 16 (rental) apartments. Before the spatial procedure can be started, approval of the anterior planning agreement by the college is required. This allows the municipal planning costs and any planning damage to be recovered from the initiator.
The college agreed to the antecedent and planning compensation agreement for Berg 62 and decided that the antecedent agreement will include a tree 22 should be relocated if possible and that there should be nature-inclusive construction. The college decided to deviate for Berg 62 from the Framework land prices and exploitation contributions 2023 to allow category middle rental.The college decided to publish the announcement of the conclusion of the agreement in accordance with the Spatial Planning Decree article 6.24 paragraph 3 and to make the business description in accordance with the Spatial Planning Decree article 6.2.12 of the agreement available for inspection.
The college decided to authorize Alderman Kok to sign the anterior agreement.
Draft amendment plan Soeterbeekseweg 21 Nuenen
On September 25, 2020, the initiation of the procedure to amend the zoning plan in connection with the legalization of a stepping mill placed outside the building plane at Soeterbeekseweg 21 was approved on behalf of the college. Before the procedure can be started by/on behalf of the initiator, it is customary to draw up a planning compensation agreement. This agreement has been drawn up and signed by the initiator. Council proposal for COA reception site
