Zoning plan 'Gulbergen Estate, revision bicycle path Nuenen-Geldrop'

The zoning plan "Landgoed Gulbergen, revision bicycle path Nuenen-Geldrop" has been available for inspection as a draft. Two views were submitted. The zoning plan has been amended in response to these views. The college has decided to submit the zoning plan "Gulbergen Estate, revision bicycle path Nuenen-Geldrop" now to the council for decision-making.

Decision on objection to decision to revoke three building permits

On September 2, 2021, a notice of objection was filed against the August 10, 2021 decision on the revocation of three building permits. The College decided to declare the objection inadmissible, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee.

Settlement agreement Child to Home Foundation

At the end of 2020, the municipality entered into a customized agreement with Foundation Kind aan Huis /Dushi House (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) to provide temporary shelter and Health to 5 youths. For the financial settlement of this, a settlement agreement has now been made. The college decided to adopt this settlement agreement. The mayor authorizes the Alderman social domain to sign the settlement agreement on behalf of the municipality

Heritage Ordinance 2023 municipality of Nuenen c.a.

On January 1, 2023, the Omgevingswet will take effect. The Omgevingswet affects the Heritage Ordinance, because the Heritage Ordinance also contains rules about the physical living environment. As of January 1, 2023, the Heritage Ordinance must be adapted to the Omgevingswet. In connection with this, the Heritage Ordinance 2010 municipality of Nuenen c.a. will be renewed.

Coordination decision expansion of riding school Beekstraat 48

By taking a coordination decision, for the purpose of covering the existing outdoor arena of the riding school at 48 Beekstraat, a simultaneous procedure can be carried out for both the zoning plan amendment and the environmental permit.

The college has agreed to initiate the planning procedure for covering the existing outdoor arena of the riding school on Beekstraat 48. The council proposal "Coordination decision expansion of the riding school Beekstraat 48" is submitted to the council for decision.

Annual report and accounts 2021 municipality of Nuenen

The Annual Documents 2021 of the Municipality of Nuenen are ready in draft form. The college now approves them so that the auditor can begin the audit. After the auditor's audit, the final annual documents will return to the college at the end of May, including the auditor's report and council proposal.

The college approved the draft Annual Report 2021 for audit purposes, with text mandate to the portfolio holder.

Project Completion Eeneind II South

In July 2020, the City Council approved an alternative completion of the Eeneind II South/Collse Heide project. The last lot on the middle grounds was not sold as a business lot but set up as a parking facility that the entrepreneurs jointly operate and manage in a foundation. This requires both a ground lease agreement and a cooperation agreement with the Stichting Parkmanagement Nuenen.

The college decided to adopt the ground lease agreement 'Agreement establishing right of ground lease for parking lot. Location Collse Heide, Business Park Eeneind II South' and to adopt the cooperation agreement 'Cooperation Agreement Business Park Eeneind II South'.
